مقدمه: اهميت والاي تربيت كودك از منظر اسلام و ديگر مكاتب، و توجه و تأكيد بر آن، در همه حوزه هاي علوم انساني، به چشم مي خورد؛ اما از آنجا كه پرستاران، بيش از ساير متخصصان با كودكان ارتباط نزديك و مستقيم دارند، بيشترين نياز به دريافت اطلاعات در خصوص اهميت نقش مادري از منظر مكاتب مختلف را دارند. با توجه به اين كه، مهمترين سالهاي تكوين و شكل گيري شخصيت كودك، در محيط انس با مادر مي گذرد، ضرورت شناخت جايگاه نقش تربيتي مادر، جهت ايفاي نقش همانند آن در بخش پرستاري، به منظور افزايش ميزان تأثير گذاري و پذيرش كودكان نيازمند دريافت خدمات پرستاري امري ضروري مي باشد. روش:اين تحقيق، در زمره پژوهش هاي بنيادي و كيفي، از نوع تحليل محتوا، مي باشد. كه به روش مطالعه اسنادي- كتابخانه اي و با بهره گيري از منابع علمي معتبر(كتب و نتايج تحقيقات علمي) با هدف، بررسي مقايسه اي نقش تربيتي مادر از منظر دو تن از متفكران (مسلمان، و غير مسلمان) طي مراحل رشد انجام شده است. يافته ها: اجماع آراء دو انديشمند منتخب، مؤيد اهميت نقش تربيتي مادر در مراحل مختلف رشد (در همه ابعاد فردي- اجتماعي) ، ضرورت مرحله اي بودن تربيت، ترتب و توالي آن، مي باشد.. نتيجه گيري:هر دوي اين انديشمندان، بر تأثيرات تكاملي متقابل مادر - كودك تأكيد دارند. لذا پيشنهاد مي شود، آموزش هاي مناسب براي مادران و پرستاران، در خصوص نحوه ايفاي شايسته نقش تربيتي مادر و پرستار (در مقام جايگزين)، به منظور درك اهميت و ضرورت ايفاي نقش مناسب و مؤثر در اين جايگاه فراهم شود.

Methods: This study is among the fundamental research and quantitative content analysis, is Library-study method utilizes the scientific resources (books and scientific research results) with the purpose of the comparative evaluation of the educational role of the mother from the perspective of two thinkers (Muslim and non-Muslim) was performed during the growth stages Is. Results: The consensus of the two men, confirms the importance of the educational role of mothers in different stages of growth (in every aspect of personal and social), the need to stop the train, sequence and sequences, it is. Conclusion: Both of these thinkers, the effects of convolution mother - children. Therefore, it is suggested, proper training for nurses and mothers, mothers and nurses on how to play a worthy role of education (in the alternative), in order to understand the importance and necessity of proper and effective role to be in this position.
