ارتباط بين نگرش و چگونگي بهره برداري از فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دانشجويان پرستاري

The Relationship between Attitude and the Exploitation of Information and Communication Technology in Nursing Students

زمينه و هدف: كاربرد فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در جهان معاصر بعنوان يك تكنولوژي مدرن با سرعت در حال گسترش است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين ارتباط بين نگرش و چگونگي بهره برداري از فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات در دانشجويان پرستاري انجام شد. روش بررسي: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگي بود. نمونه گيري به روش آسان انجام شد. شركت كنندگان در پژوهش شامل 102 نفر از دانشجويان پرستاري در مقاطع كارشناسي و كارشناسي ارشد دانشگاه‌هاي علوم پزشكي گيلان، همدان و علوم بهزيستي و توانبخشي تهران بودند. ابزار مورد استفاده در جمع آوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه حسين زاده و همكاران داراي سه بخش چگونگي استفاده از فعاليت‌هاي رايانه‌اي، فعاليت‌هاي اينترنتي و نگرش دانشجويان نسبت به فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي انجام قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: در بررسي ارتباط بين سه حيطه بهره برداري از فعاليت‌هاي رايانه‌اي، فعاليت‌هاي اينترنتي و نگرش نسبت به فناوري‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات، نتايج نشان داد ارتباط معني‌دار و مستقيمي بين فعاليت‌هاي رايانه‌اي و نگرش(P <0/001 ; 0/51=r) وجود دارد. نتيجه‌گيري كلي: نتايج پژوهش حاضر حاكي از وجود ارتباط مستقيم در خصوص مهارت‌هاي رايانه‌اي و اينترنتي در نگرش دانشجويان پرستاري بود. از آنجا كه هدف نهايي آموزش پرستاري ارتقاي صلاحيت‌هاي حرفه‌اي است، تكرار چنين پژوهش‌هايي به منظور هدايت دانشجويان پرستاري در بهره برداري از فناوري‌هاي پيشرفته علمي، ضروري مي‌باشد. پيشنهاد مي‌گردد در مطالعات آتي به بررسي عوامل تسهيل كننده وموانع استفاده از اينترنت در دستيابي به نتايج تحقيقات و عملكرد مبتني بر شواهد در گروههاي بزرگتري از دانشجويان پرداخته شود.

Background & Aims: The use of information and communication technology as a modern technology is rapidly expanding in current world and has been known. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between nursing students’ attitudes and the exploitation of information and communication technologies. Materials & Methods: This was a correlational study conducted using the convenience sampling method. The study participants were 102 undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students from Gilan and Hamedan Universities of Medical Sciences; also School of Rehabilitation affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire by Hosseinzadeh et al. including the use of computer activities, Internet activities, and students’ attitudes towards information and communication technology. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using the SPSS software version 16. Results: The assessment of relationship between the use of computer activity, Internet activity and attitude towards information and communication technologies revealed a positive and significant correlation between the use of computer and attitude (r= 0.51, P <0/001). Conclusion: The results of the study indicated a positive correlation between nursing students’ attitudes and computer and internet skills. As the major goal of nursing education is professional competency, therefore, similar research is needed for guiding nursing students in using advance scientific technologies. It is suggested that future studies should address facilitators and barriers to Internet use in the pursuit of research and evidencebased practice in the bigger students’ and nurses’ groups.
