اخلاق حرفه‌اي در تكامل فرايندهاي توليدي؛ از توليد دستي تا انبوه

Professional Ethic in Development of Production Process; From Craft to Mass Production

زمينه: بحث رعايت اخلاقيات در فرايندهاي توليدي به بررسي ميزان رعايت ابعاد و مسائل اخلاقي در سيستم‌هاي توليدي مي‌پردازد. به عبارت ديگر، در سيستم‌هاي توليدي، علاوه بر توجه به بهبود بهره‌وري، عملكرد آنها در زمينه رعايت اخلاقيات نيز از موضوعات با اهميت مي‌باشد. در اين راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي تأثير تكامل فرايندهاي توليدي بر حفاظت از محيط زيست و ايمني و رشد كاركنان، به عنوان دو بعد از ابعاد اخلاقي مطرح در سيستم‌هاي توليدي مي‌باشد. روش كار: متغيرهاي مورد بررسي در تحقيق حاضر مشتمل بر تكامل فرايند توليدي، حفاظت از محيط زيست و ايمني و رشد كاركنان در سطح سازمان است. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از واحدهاي توليدي از پرسشنامه طراحي شده مبتني بر پيشينه تحقيق استفاده گرديد. داده­هاي بدست آمده از نمونه مورد بررسي كه تعداد 110 واحد توليدي فعال در شهرستان مشهد مي­باشد، با استفاده از معادلسازي معادلات ساختاري مورد تجزيه و تحليل و مدل واقعي تحقيق ارائه گرديد. يافته‌ها: بر مبناي نتايج بدست آمده روشن گرديد تكامل فرايند توليدي بر حفاظت از محيط زيست، تأثير مستقيم منفي و بر ايمني و رشد كاركنان بدون تأثير مي­باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: هرچه از سمت سيستم توليدي دستي به سمت سيستم توليدي جريان مستمر پيش رويم ميزان حفاظت از محيط زيست كاهش مي‌يابد اما نوع و جهت تأثير تكامل سيستم‌هاي توليدي بر ايمني و رشد كاركنان مشخص نمي‌باشد و نتيجه‌گيري در اين زمينه نيازمند تحقيقات تجربي بيشتري است.

Background: The topic of ethics in manufacturing process refers to compliance of ethical dimensions in manufacturing systems. In the other words, in production systems, besides improving efficiency, the function of ethics is one of the important issues. Due to this, the goal of this research is to show the impact of production process maturity on environmental protection and, employees’ safety and development as two dimensions of ethics. Methods: In this article three variables are tested in level of organization that includes: maturity of production process, environmental protection, and safety and development of employees. For gathering data from production units, we used questioner which based on literature review. The data from sample of research, include 110 production units in Mashhad, was analyzed by the structural equation modeling and then the actual model of research was presented. Results: Base on results, maturity of production process has negative direct effect on environmental protection and has no effect on employees’ safety and development Conclusion: With move from craft production system to continues flow system, environmental protection will reduce but type and direction effect of maturity production process on employees’ safety and development is not clear an‎d conclusions in this area requires further experimental investigation.
