بررسي و ارزيابي توان هاي محيطي در نواحي روستايي (مطالعه موردي: دهستان وكيل آباد شهرستان بافت استان كرمان)

Investigation and evaluation of Environmental Power in Rural Areas )Case Study: Vakil Abad Village of Baft City of Kerman State(

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي توان­هاي محيطي روستاهاي دهستان وكيل آباد و به دو صورت اسنادي و پيمايشي با فن مصاحبه و پرسش­نامه انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق بر اساس سرشماري سال 1395 شامل 1717 خانوار، كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد 310 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند و نحوه انتخاب خانوار براي تكميل پرسش­نامه­ ها مبتني بر روش تصادفي ساده بود. روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي و از نظر هدف كاربردي است كه در آن با استفاده از مستندات آماري و نرم افزار SPSS 22 به تحليل موضوع پرداخته شده و براي ترسيم نقشه ها از ArcGis استفاده به عمل آمده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد، دهستان وكيل آباد از عدم تعادل رنج مي­برد و آثار آن در تمامي زمينه ­هاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي مشاهده مي­شود. توزيع فضايي فعاليت­ها واستقرارگاه­ها به صورت يكنواخت صورت نگرفته و تمركز و پراكندگي جمعيت و فعاليت درمناطق مختلف متفاوت بوده است. كمبود منابع آب و محدوديت منابع خاك، خشكي هوا، بارندگي سالانه اندك، سبك بودن بافت خاك و عدم توانايي در حفظ و ذخيرهرطوبت و فقر مراتع از جمله محدوديت­هاي اساسي مي­باشد. همچنين محدوديت شديد منابع طبيعي قابليت ضعيف در نگهداشت جمعيت و تراكم پايين جمعيتي راسبب شده و نرخ فعاليت كشاورزي، صنعتي و خدماتي و بهره مندي ناچيز از عوامل و شاخص­هاي توسعه را محدود كرده است.
