تحليل فضايي رشد هوشمند مناطق شهري با استفاده از تكنيك هاي Waspas - Fuzzy Topsis (مطالعه موردي: شهر كرمان)

Smart Growth Urban Areas Using Spatial Analysis Techniques Waspas – Fuzzytopsis (Case Study: Kerman City)

رشد هوشمند شهري بيان كننده آن نوع از توسعه است كه در آن ترويج حيات مدني و سرزندگي اجتماعي، حمل و نقل عمومي و كاستن از اثرات نامطلوب زيست محيطي، در صدر ملاحظات برنامه­ريزان و طراحان شهري قرار مي­گيرد و احياي شهر به عنوان محيط سالم و فعال كه بتواند آينده­اي مطلوب را براي تمام شهروندان تامين نمايد. هدف مقاله حاضر، سنجش توزيع فضايي شاخص­هاي رشد هوشمند شهري در شهر كرمان مي­باشد. روش شناسي تحقيق، توصيفي - تحليلي است. براي تجزيه وتحليل داده­ها از مدل­هاي كمي وكيفي برنامه­ريزي Waspas و FuzzyTopsisاستفاده شده است. نتايج به دست آمده از تكنيك چند شاخصه fuzzytopsis نشان مي­دهد، مناطق شهر كرمان از نظر رشد هوشمند شهري به ترتيب منطقه يك (رتبه 3) با مقدار (462 /0)؛ منطقه دو( رتبه 1) با مقدار (643 /0)؛ منطقه سه (رتبه2) با مقدار (559 /0)؛ و منطقه چهار (رتبه4) با مقدار (441 /0) را داراست. نتايج به دست آمده از تكنيك Waspasنشان مي­دهد از نظر شاخص­هاي كالبدي، مناطق4،3،2،1 به ترتيب رتبه­ هاي 4،2،1،3؛ از نظر شاخص­هاي اقتصادي - اجتماعي، مناطق 3،2،1 و4 به ترتيب رتبه­ هاي 4،3،1،2 ؛ از نظر شاخص­هاي زيست محيطي، مناطق 1،2،3،4 به ترتيب رتبه­هاي 2،3،4،1 و در نهايت با استفاده از شاخص­هاي دسترسي،مناطق 4،3،2،1 به ترتيب رتبه­ هاي 2، 1، 3، 4 را به دست آوردند.

To this end, in order to achieve a standard status and to succeed in social justice and sustainable cities, it is necessary to consider the distribution of uses in the four areas of this city. Therefore, in this article, in order to achieve the main objective of the research, we are looking for the basic question that is the situation of the regions of Kerman city in terms of urban intelligence and whether there is a signif.
