بررسي تطبيقي رابطه هوش فرهنگي و هيجاني با گرايش به ارزش هاي دموكراتيك در ميان شهروندان شهر اروميه

Comparative Study of the Relationship between Cultural and Emotional Intelligence and Tendency to Democratic Values among the Citizens of Orumieh City

مطالعات مختلقي نشان دهنده آن هستند كه هوش بر گرايشات و رفتارهاي سياسي افراد و گروه ها تاثير گذار است. مطالعه اثرگذاري هوش هاي فرهنگي و هيجاني بعنوان توانمندي هائي ذهني و رفتاري بر گرايش افراد به ارزش هاي دموكراتيك مي تواند در راستاي اين دسته از مطالعات در نظر گرفته شود. اين مطالعه در شهر اروميه انجام شده است كه يكي از شهرهاي چند فرهنگي و چند قوميتي ايران به شمار مي رود. در راستاي اجراي اين پژوهش، پيمايشي در بين 600 نفر از شهروندان اين شهر به اجر درآمده است و با شيوه نمونه گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي اين تعداد از افراد از نواحي 5 گانه شهر اروميه انتخاب شده و مورد پرسشگري قرار گرفته اند. داده هاي بدست آمده با استفاده از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چند متغيره مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته اند. نتايج، نشان دهنده اثرگذاري هوش هاي فرهنگي و هيجاني بر گرايش به ارزش هاي دموكراتيك در ميان شهروندان شهر اروميه هستند. هر چند اين ارتباط در بين دو متغير مستقل هوش فرهنگي و هيجاني متفاوت بوده و هوش هيجاني داراي اثرگذاري قوي تري بر گرايش شهروندان به ارزش هاي دموكراتيك است.

Different studies support the idea that intelligence has an impact on political orientations and behaviors of individuals and groups. The study of the relationship between cultural and emotional intelligences - as mental and behavioral abilities- and the tendency of individuals to democratic values can be seen in this line of studies. This study was administered in Orumieh which is one of the most culturally and ethnically diverse cities of iran. A survey was created and administered to 600 citizens of this city. Using multistage cluster sampling of 5 districts in Orumieh, 600 citizens were selected and the study was performed among them. Obtained data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multivariate regression. results show the existence of a significant relationship between cultural and emotional ntelligences and the tendency to democratic values among Orumieh citizens. While the relationship is different for two independent variables and emotional intelligence has more powerfull positive relation with tendency to democratic values
