The Role of Ethical Orientation and Gender in Ethical Judgment of Tourism Bank Financial Employees

زمينه: در دنياي امروز، با توسعه روابط، تحقق مفهوم دهكده جهاني و از بين رفتن مرزهاي بين ملت­ ها، اخلاقيات به ­عنوان يك عامل استراتژيك و مهم در حفظ بقاي سازمان­ها و كل بشريت مطرح شده است. بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر قضاوت اخلاقي كاركنان ضروري است. وضعيت اخلاقي و جنسيت حسابداران، از عوامل تأثيرگذار بر قضاوت اخلاقي هستند. هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي نقش جهت­ گيري اخلاقي و اثر جنسيت در قضاوت اخلاقي كاركنان مالي بانك گردشگري است. لذا مساله پژوهش اين است كه آيا جهت­ گيري اخلاقي و جنسيت در قضاوت اخلاقي كاركنان نقش دارد يا خير؟ روش: روش پژوهش، توصيفي- همبستگي بود. جامعه و نمونه آماري پژوهش را كاركنان مالي بانك گردشگري تشكيل دادند. اعضاي نمونه آماري، به روش نمونه ­گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. در اين پژوهش براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از دو پرسش­نامه حاوي سؤال‌هاي عمومي و تخصصي استفاده شده و به منظور آزمون فرضيه­‌ها، از تجزيه و تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه و آزمون t استفاده شده است. يافته ­ها: نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه فرضيه­ هاي پژوهش در سطح اطمينان 95% رد نشدند بنابراين نسبي­ گرايي و آرمان­گرايي و جنسيت رابطه مثبت و معناداري بر قضاوت اخلاقي دارند. نتيجه ­گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه در سطوح‌ فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش، رابطه معناداري بين قضاوت اخلاقي كاركنان مالي بانك گردشگري با جهت ­گيري اخلاقي و جنسيت كاركنان وجود دارد و زنان اخلاقي­ تر از مردان رفتار مي ­كنند.

Background: In today's world, with the development of relationships, the realization of the concept of global village and the demarcation of boundaries between Nations, ethics has been considered as a strategic and important factor in maintaining the survival of organizations and the whole of humanity. Investigating the factors that influence the moral judgment of employees is essential. Ethical status and gender of accountants are factors influencing ethical judgment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of ethical orientation and gender in ethical judgement of employees. Method: Method of the study is a descriptive-correlative. Population and sample of the study include Tourism Bank financial employees. The sample members were selected by simple random sampling. Data were gathered through two questionnaires.data were analyzed by multiple regression and t test. Results: The results showed that researchhypothsis are not rejected (a=0.05). Therefore, relativism, Idealism and gender have positive and significant relationship with ethical judgment. Conclusion: Findings show that there is a significant relationship between ethical judgments of financial employees of Turism Bank and ethical orientation and gender. Also, Women act more ethical than men.
