Effective Components and Indexes of Non-Institutional Resources in the Development of Strategic Marine Corps

در اين پژوهش تلاش شده است تا به نقش منابع غير سازماني در توسعه نيررو دريرايي راهبرد پرداخته و مؤلفه ها و شاخص ها توسعه احصاء گردد. جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق بالغ بر 57 نفر از صاحبنظران در حوزه دريا و فرماندهان نيروهاي مسلح. ج.ا. ايران است. روش تحقيق تحليلي توصيفي بوده، و با توجه به كيفي بودن پژوهش از تحقيقات سند پژوهشي، مشاهده ميداني، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق مؤيد آن است كه منابع غيرسازماني تأثير زياد در توسعه نيررو دريايي راهبردي دارد، و براي توسعه نيرو دريايي راهبرد نياز ويژه به مؤلفه هاي منابع غير سازماني (شامل منابع انساني،عملياتي، اطلاعاتي، حقوقي، آماد پشتيباني و صنعتي، مالي و بودجه، علمي و فناوري) است تا بسترهاي مناسب زيرساختها در سواحل كشور كه از اركان توسعه همه جانبه است توسط ذينفعان فراهم گردد.

This research aims to study the role of non-institutional resources in the development of strategic Marine Corps، considering the components and indexes of development. The statistical society of the research is over 75 marine experts and commanders of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The method of the study is analytical research and due to the qualitative nature of the research، document study، field observation، interviews، and questionnaires have been utilized in the research. The findings depict that non-institutional resources have a great impact on the development of the strategic Marine Corps. Non-institutional resources – human and operational resources، intelligence، legal، logistics، industrial، financial and budgetary، and science and technology resources- are greatly required for strategic Marine Corps development. This will lead into the establishment of appropriate infrastructure by beneficiaries in coasts of the country، which are essential elements of comprehensive development
