Economic Elements of Total Defense According to To The Superme leader Dirctions and Maine Resistive Economy Policies

امروزه رشد و پيشرفت فناورها در عرصه هاي مختلف دفاعي و همچنين گسترش حوزه عملكرد تهديدات از صرفاً نظامي به ساير حوزه هاي اقتصادي، فرهنگي و اجتماعي و... شك جديد از الگوهاي جنگ تمام عيار و دفاع همه جانبه ارائه داده است. در سالهاي اخير به علت رشد توانمندي هاي نظامي دفاعي و ملي كشور از يك سو و فراگيري ابعاد نامعلوم و هزينه هاي غيرقابل محاسبه و نااميدي از دستيابي به نتيجه ملموس حمله نظامي از سوي ديگر، استفاده از ابزار اقتصادي در نگاه دشمنان اهميت بيشتري يافته است. نارساييهاي موجود در عرصه مديريت اقتصادي كشور به ويژه تنگناهاي مولفه هاي دفاع اقتصادي موثر بر دفاع همه جانبه، زمينه ي استفاده دشمن از اين نقاط ضعف و عملي شدن جنگ اقتصادي را فراهم ساخته است. دستيابي به مولفه هاي پايدار دفاع اقتصادي ، در برابر تهديدات اقتصادي دشمن مستلزم تعريف، تبيين و طراحي متناسب آن با شرايط بومي است. بنابراين ضرورت بيان تاثير مولفه هاي دفاع اقتصادي بر دفاع همه جانبه كشور به عنوان سند و الگويي جهت بهره برداري در زمينه دفاع اقتصاد ي احساس ميشود. در اين تحقيق در تجلي محتواي داده ها به روش داده بنياد و نيز با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه، بر اساس رهنمودهاي مقام معظم رهبري و سياستهاي كلي اقتصاد مقاومتي، سعي شده عناصر اصلي دفاع اقتصادي را كه در شكل گيري دفاع همه جانبه نقشي اساسي دارند معرفي و ميزان تأثير برخي از آنها مشخص گردد و ضمن اولويت بندي مولفه ها به اين نتيجه ميرسد كه دفاع اقتصادي ضمن داشتن رابطه معنا دار با دفاع همه جانبه و تاثير قابل توجه بر بنيه اقتصادي، نقش تعيين كننده اي در كارآمدي دفاع همه جانبه در برابر تهديدات متنوع دشمن دارد.

Today، the development and improvement of defense technologies in various aspects as well as expand the scope of purely military threats to other spheres of economic ، cultural ، social and etc. has given a new form of patterns on comprehensive defense and all-out war. Iran's Islamic Revolution from the beginning has faced a wide range of threats and this breadth and intensity has grown along with increasing development of the country so that in recent years due to the development of military - defense capabilities and national power on the one hand and on the other hand the pervasive dimension of an unknown and incalculable costs of military invasion in Iran and in a word despair of achieving a tangible result of military action، the use of the economic capabilities of the enemies vision has more weight and important. The existence of insufficiencies in the country economic management arena، especially conomic components bottlenecks affecting on the comprehensive defense has provided the background for the enemy's use of this weaknesses and practical economic war. Achieving a stable component of economic defense against enemy economic threats requires a defined، representation and design tailored to the indigenous conditions. Therefore، the necessity of the effect of economic factors on the country total defense as a model and document for the operation in economic defense will be felt. In this research، by the content analysis and also with the use of questionnaires according to the guidelines of the Supreme Leader and the overall resistive economic policy ، attempts to define the core elements of the economic defense that are important in the formation of a comprehensive defense and the effectiveness of some of them should be determined and while prioritizing component to the conclusion that the economic defense having a meaningful relationship with the total defense and significant impact on economic strength ، has a decisive role in the total defense effectiveness against to enemy various threats .
