Smart defense theory in the defense thought field

همواره مشكل عدم تناسب راهبرد ميان انواع دفاع در برابر چالش هاي نوين و هوشمند وجود داشته است؛ بنابراين مسله اين است كه نظام دفاعي كشور نيازمند رهيافت هاي دفاعي هوشمندانه اي است كه علاوه بر توانايي رويارويي با چالش هاي هوشمند از برنامه هاي دشمنان نيز پيشي گيرد. از اينرو هدف اين پژوهش دستيابي به نظريه يا نگره اي است كه توانايي تفسير مفهوم هوشمندي دفاعي را در برابر طيف چالش هاي هوشمند داشته باشد. روش تحقيق و شيوه پردازش داده ها «روش نظريه پردازي داده بنياد» بوده و به پرسش تحقيق؛ نظريه «دفاع هوشمند» چيست؟ پاسخ داده شد. براساس يافته هاي پژوهش نظريه دفاع هوشمند؛ منظومه اي تبلور يافته از مفاهيم مشترك دفاعي برآمده از انديشه دفاعي رهبران انقلاب اسلامي است كه با هم افزايي قدرت هاي مادي و معنوي (قدرت هوشمند) و همگرايي رهيافت هاي دفاعي نسل نوين دفاعي را شكل مي دهد. «اين نسل نوين دفاعي، فراگير (چند بعدي، فراحوزه اي) و متعالي (معنوي، عادلاننه، مشروع) بوده و به دنبال كسب بيشترين تاثير و نفوذ راهبردي و بازدارندگي از كمترين كنش ها در برابر چالش و جنگ هاي هوشمند مي باشد.» در ادامه ويژگي هاي مهم نظريه دفاع هوشمند تشريح شده است.
