تقابل با جنگ نرم استكبار و دشمنان قسم خورده انقلاب اسلامي در حوزه هاي مختلف با بهره گيري از ظرفيت ها قدرت نرم نظام (سياسي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و...) در زمره مسائل مهم و مرورد تأكيد مسئولين به ويژه مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا حضرت آيت الله العظمي امام خامنه اي عزيز ميباشد كه با اولويت بر امور اقتصادي، تمركز دقيق كليه ظرفيت ها و تفكرات راهبردي مسئولين سازمانهاي لشكري و كشوري را مطالبه مي نمايد. از اين رو تحقيق حاضر با هدف دستيابي به مؤثرترين راهبردهاي قدرت نرم اقتصادي نظام در مقابله با جنگ نرم استكبار با تأكيد بر گفتمان و منويات معظم له در اين خصوص تدوين شده است. اين تحقيق از نوع كاربردي توسعه اي است كه با استفاده از روش تحقيرق آميخته و جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق مطالعه كتابخانه اي و ميداني، نسبت به تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات حاصله به كمك مدل علمي S.W.O.T مبادرت و سپس با استفاده از تكنيك موقعيت يابي SPACE در جهت تعيين راهبردهاي غالب، محاسبات لازم را انجام و با شناسايي راهبردهاي مهم، براساس روش علمي Topsis راهبردهاي بهينه و اثربخش را نيز تدوين و ارائه نموده است. بنابراين نتايج حاصله از اين تحقيق نشان دهنده 14 راهبرد بهينه قدرت نرم اقتصادي نظام در تقابل با دسيسه هاي استكبار جهاني است، كه اهم آنها عبارتند از: اشاعه و ترويج ايده تشكيل بازار هاي مشترك اسلامي (در تقابل و بي اثر نمودن تحريم هاي اقتصادي)، جلب همدلي و همكاري مردمي در روند شتاب اقتصاد (در جهت تحقق دقيق برنامه هاي مندرج در سند چشم انداز)، تشويق و ترغيب به اشتغال حلال و مطابق با وجدان عمومي، اشاعه فرهنگ تشويق و حمايت از نخبگان و خلاقيتهاي انساني و برخاسته از ايمان ديني (با تأكيد بر سياستهاي اقتصادي مقاومتي) و حمايت و تشويق مستمر از كار آفرينان جهادگر و هماهنگ با الگوها اشتغال مشروع در سطح ملّي است.

Oppose to soft war of hauteur and swear enemies of Islamic revolution in different territory with exploitation of capacities of soft power of Regime (politic – economic – cultured and …) Are among of important affairs that mistress and the Great commander and leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khamenehee ، emphatic on it. That by priority on economic affairs crave، close concentrate of all strategic capacities and idea of mistress of military and departmental organization. Thus this research by aim to achieve the most effective strategies of regimes economic soft power in oppose with hauteur’s soft war by emphatic on instruction of the Dignified leader is composited the present investigation is of applied and development type of research which has been carried out by employing mixed method and through collection of needed data from exterior and library study and analysis the information by Theo retied model of S.W.O.T then by positioning Technique space on order to determine dominate strategies accomplished، essential account and by definition of important – strategies based on theoretical method Tops is the best and most effective strategies are presented. Thus the result of this research indicative of the best economic soft power 14 strategies of regime for oppose to globed hauteur’s/machination that the most important of them are: Propagation of Islamic common Bazar converting’s Idea (in oppose and make ineffectual of economic boycott) concordance and cooperation to economic expedition (in order to achieve plans in feature Document) encourage to lawful job and according to common conscience – propagation the cultured of encourage and support of elite and human originality and based on religious belief (with emphasis on tenacity economics’ politics) and continuously support and encourage of job creative crusader and harmonic with lawful job role model in national level.
