ارتباط بين هوش معنوي و فرهنگ تيمي با اخلاق ورزشي در بازيكنان تيم‌هاي ورزشي

The Relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Team Culture with the Sports Ethics of the Athletes of Sports Teams

زمينه و هدف: هوش معنوي با اخلاق و فرهنگ تيمي در تعامل است. تحقيق حاضر با هدف تعيين ارتباط بين هوش معنوي و فرهنگ تيمي با اخلاق ورزشي در ميان بازيكنان تيم‌هاي ورزشي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تبريز انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين مطالعه توصيفي ـ همبستگي، جامعه آماري شامل بازيكنان تيم‌هاي ورزشي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي، واحد تبريز به تعداد 182 نفر در سال 1394 بود كه به سبب محدوديت جامعه نمونه آماري، به صورت تمام شماري انتخاب شدند. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه هوش معنوي King و DeCicco (2009 م.)، پرسشنامه فرهنگ تيمي Denison (2000 م.) و پرسشنامه اخلاق ورزشي طالبيان‌نيا و همكاران (1387 ش.) استفاده شد. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، از آزمون‌هاي همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون خطي استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: بين هوش معنوي (p=0/001) و فرهنگ تيمي (p=0/001) با اخلاق ورزشي بازيكنان ارتباط معني‌داري وجود داشت. همچنين بين مؤلفه‌هاي هوش معنوي و مؤلفه‌هاي فرهنگ تيمي با اخلاق ورزشي ارتباط معني‌داري وجود داشت (p<0/05). آزمون رگرسيون چندمتغيره نشان داد كه از ميان مؤلفه‌هاي هوش معنوي، مؤلفه آگاهي متعالي به ميزان 9/8 درصد تغييرات اخلاق ورزشي را پيش‌بيني مي‌كند و از ميان مؤلفه‌هاي فرهنگ تيمي، مؤلفه درگيرشدن در كار، توانست 11/6 درصد از تغييرات اخلاق ورزشي را پيش‌بيني نمايد. نتيجه‌گيري: پيشنهاد مي‌شود، مربيان تيم‌ها، معنويت و اخلاق ورزشي را در ميان بازيكنان و محيط‌هاي ورزشي ترويج داده و با ايجاد جو اخلاقي مناسب در باشگاه‌هاي ورزشي، باعث شوند تا بازيكنان حمايت مديران را احساس نموده و رفتار تيمي را ارتقا دهند.

Background and Aim: Spiritual intelligence interacts with ethics and team culture. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and team culture with the sports ethics of the athletes of sports teams of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz, Iran. Materials and Methods: This study was an applied study in terms of purpose which was conducted using descriptive-correlational research method. Study population consisted of all athletes of sports teams of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz including 182 individuals in 2015. Using census, 175 questionnaires were distributed and completed. King and DeCicco's spiritual intelligence questionnaire (2009), Denison's team culture survey (2000) and Talebian Nia’s sports ethics questionnaire (2008) were used to collect data. Pearson correlation and linear regression statistical tests were used to analyze data. Findings: There was significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence (p=0.001) and team culture (p=0.001) with sports ethics of the athletes of sports team. Also, there was significant positive relationship between the determinants of spiritual intelligence and team culture with the sports ethics of the participants (p<0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that among determinants of the spiritual intelligence, transcendental consciousness can predict 9.8% of changes in sports ethics and among determinants of the team culture, work engagement can predict 11.6% of changes in sports ethics. Conclusion: It is suggested that team instructors promote spirituality and sports ethics among athletes and sports environments, and cause that they feel the support of managers and promote team behavior by creating an appropriate atmosphere in sports clubs.
