The Effect of Hope on Professional Ethics with Mediator Role of Happiness in the Teachers of Primary Schools

زمينه و هدف: ارتقاي اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمان از اهميت ويژه‌اي براي افزايش كارايي نظام آموزشي برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين نقش اميدواري بر اخلاق حرفه‌اي با ميانجي‌گري روحيه در معلمان مقطع ابتدايي انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش توصيفي ـ همبستگي حاضر روي 197 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدايي شهر قاين در سال تحصيلي 97-1396 انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گيري به روش تصادفي انجام شد. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد: اميدواري Snyder، اخلاق حرفه‌اي C-Petty و روحيه ساعتچي و همكاران استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS 18 تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: سطح اميدواري شركت‌گنندگان با ميانگين 0/04±5/39، اخلاق حرفه‌اي با ميانگين 0/02±4/46 و روحيه با ميانگين 0/032±3/71 بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار داشت. بين مؤلفه‌هاي اميدواري و روحيه با اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمان ارتباط معني‌داري مشاهده شد (P<0/01). اميدواري ‌25‌% از واريانس اخلاق حرفه‌اي و 31‌% از تغييرات واريانس روحيه معلمان را تبيين نمود. همچنين روحيه 38‌% از تغييرات واريانس اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمان را تبيين نمود. روحيه نقش متغير ميانجي در رابطه بين اخلاق حرفه‌اي و اميدواري داشت. نتيجه‌گيري: اميدواري و روحيه سبب بهبود اخلاق حرفه‌اي در معلمان مي‌شود. از طرفي اميدواري زمينه ارتقاي روحيه را فراهم مي‌آورد. بنابراين مي‌توان با افزايش اميدواري و روحيه در سازمان‌هاي آموزشي موجبات ارتقاي اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمان و افزايش كارايي نظام آموزشي را فراهم آورد.

Background and Aim: Promotion of professional ethics of teachers is of particular importance for increasing the efficiency of the educational system. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hope on professional ethics with mediator role of happiness in primary school teachers. Materials and Methods: This descriptive - correlative research was conducted on 197 teachers of primary schools of Qaen city in academic year 2017-2018. Sampling was done randomly. Three standard questionnaires: Snyder's hope, professional ethics of C-Petty, and Ruhie Saatchi et al, were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 18. Findings: The level of hopefulness of the participants was 5.39 ± 0.04, professional ethics with a mean of 4.46 ± 0.02 and happiness with a mean of 3.71 ± 032.0 was higher than the average. There was a meaningful relationship between the components of hope and happiness with the professional ethics of the teachers (P<0.01). 25% , 31% of changes of the variances of teachers' professional ethics and happiness was explained by hope. Also, the happiness was explained 38% of the variance changes in teachers' professional ethics. The happiness played a meditaor role in the relationship between hope and professional ethics of participants. Conclusion: Hope and happiness improve the professional ethics of the teachers. On the other hand, it provides hope for the promotion of morale. On the other hand, hopefulness provides the background for the promotion of happiness. Therefore, increasing hope and happiness in educational institutions can increase the professional ethics of teachers and increase the efficiency of the educational system.
