تراانسان گرايي: تهديدها و فرصت‌هاي فناوري‌هاي نوين براي بشر

Transhumanism: Threats and Opportunities of Modern Technologies for Human Beings

زمينه و هدف: تراانسان‌گرايي جنبش و نظام فكري است كه از استفاده فناوري به منظور ارتقاي توانايي جسماني و شناختي بشر حمايت مي‌كند. اين پژوهش با هدف شناخت و تحليل جريان تراانسان‌گرايي انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: اين پژوهش تحليلي به صورت هدفمند با استفاده از منابع و آثار انديشمندان تراانسان‌گراي كشورهاي مختلف به ويژه امريكا و فرانسه صورت گرفته است. به اين منظور تاريخچه، باورها، اهداف و نحله‌هاي گوناگون اين جريان فكري و همچنين انتقادات مختلف وارد بر آن را مورد تحليل قرار مي‌دهد. يافته‌ها: جنبش تراانسان‌گرايي در قرن بيستم به طور جدي آغاز شد. اين جريان فكري با پيشرفت‌هاي فناورانه پيوند خورده و آمال و عقايد پيروان آن تحت تأثير فناوري‌هاي نوين به ويژه فناوري‌هاي همگرا شكل گرفته است. نحله‌هاي اكستروپينيسم و تكنوپروگرسيسم بيشترين حاميان را در ميان تراانسان‌گرايان دارند. از مهم‌ترين اهداف فردي و جمعي تراانسان‌گرايان مي‌توان به افزايش بنيادين طول عمر، ارتقاي توانايي‌هاي حسي، جسماني، شناختي و اخلاقي بشر، برقراري صلح و امنيت در جوامع بشري و جاودانه‌كردن گونه بشر با كمك فناوري‌هاي نوين اشاره كرد. باورهاي تراانسان‌گرايان منتقداني از طيف‌هاي مختلف دارد. برخي انتقادات متوجه ذات و اصل انديشه ارتقا و بهبود بشر مي‌باشد و برخي ديگر متوجه خطرات و عواقب اين فناوري‌ها هستند. نتيجه‌گيري: ارتقاجويي افراطي و گاه آرماني موجود در انديشه تراانسان‌گرايي از ارزش‌هاي انساني فاصله گرفته و انسان را با طبيعت خود و محيط زيست پيرامونش بيگانه مي‌سازد. از اين رو بسياري از نگراني‌هاي مخالفان مبتني بر واقعيت‌هاي گذشته و كنوني زندگي بشر و جامعه جهاني است و ملاحظات اخلاقي و عدالت‌خواهانه مورد تأكيد برخي تراانسان‌گرايان امري است كه اجراي آن در عمل دشوار، بلكه غير ممكن مي‌نمايد.

Background and Aim: Transhumanism is a movement and system of thought that supports the use of technology to enhance the physical and cognitive power of human beings. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding and analyzing the current trend of trans-humanism. Materials and Methods: This analytical study was conducted purposefully using the sources and works of the transhumanism thinkers of different countries, especially the United States and France. In this regard, the history, beliefs, goals and trends of this flow as well as various criticisms have been analyzed. Findings: The movement of transhumanism began seriously in the twentieth century. This intellectual trend is tightly coupled with technological advances, and the aspirations of its followers are shaped by the impact of modern technologies. Transhumanism is an emerging stream with limited followers but diverse, which over time adds to their diversity. The thoughts and beliefs of the transhumanists do have critics of a range of different types. Some critiques point to the essence of the idea of human enhancement and improvement, and others are seeing the risks and consequences of expanding these technologies. Conclusion: This study shows that the extreme and sometimes idealist seeking of technology and enhancement in transhumanist thought is far from human values and alienates man to his nature and the environment around him. Therefore, many opponents' concerns are based on the past and present facts of human life and international community, and ethical and justice based considerations, which some transhumanists emphasize, are difficult to implement in practice and may be impossible.
