بررسي فرايند و مولفه‌هاي تاثير‌گذار در تدوين اهداف آموزشي آموزش و پرورش ابتدايي ايران، آلمان و مالزي

The study of the process and components that affect the development of educational objectives of primary education in Iran, Germany and Malaysia

هدف پژوهش بررسي فرايند و مولفه‌هاي تاثير‌گذار در تدوين اهداف آموزشي در ايران، آلمان و مالزي مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصيفي -تحليلي از نوع تطبيقي است كه باتوجه به رويكرد چهارمرحله اي (توصيف، تفسير، همجواري و مقايسه)، جورج اف بردي صورت پذيرفته است. جامعه آماري در سطح كلان (كشوري) تعيين و نمونه‌هاي منتخب، سه كشور ايران، آلمان و مالزي مي‌باشند. تاكنون در هر سه كشور تدوين اهداف آموزشي در شوراهاي بالادستي صورت مي‌گيرد كه اين شوراها در ايران بيشتر حالت متمركز داشته و در آلمان تمركز آن‌ها كمتر و در مالزي تركيبي از هر دو هست. مؤلفه‌هاي تأثير گذار آموزش و پرورش ابتدايي نشان مي‌دهد كه در آموزش ‌وپرورش ايران مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي تأثيرگذار در اين حوزه مؤلفه‌هاي ايدئولوژيك همچون آيات قرآن و روايات و همچنين مؤلفه‌هاي تربيتي همچون انديشه‌هاي تربيتي جديد و نتايج تحقيقات نوين در اين زمينه هست. در آلمان نيز اين مؤلفه‌ها عبارت‌اند از نتايج تحقيقات و انديشه‌هاي تربيتي آلمان و مؤلفه‌هاي بين‌المللي در مالزي نيز تركيبي از اين دو در اين زمينه بسيار تأثيرگذار بوده است كه بدين‌سان تركيب اين مؤلفه‌ها مي‌تواند تشكيل‌دهنده اهداف نظام تربيتي ابتدايي باشد. نتيجه حاصل از اين پژوهش آن است كه مديران و مسئولان بايد الزامات منطقه اي را به همراه سندهاي بالادستي در تدوين اهداف آموزشي دوره ابتدايي در نظر بگيرند.

The purpose of the study is to examine the process and components that influence the development of educational goals in Iran, Germany and Malaysia. The components of elementary education show that in the education of Iran, the most important components in this field are ideological components such as Quranic verses and traditions,.The result of this research is that managers and authorities should consider regional requirements, along with upstream documents, in formulating the goals of primary education
