اولويت بندي شاخص هاي مورد نياز براي نظارت و كنترل در سازمان بر مبناي مديريت در اسلام (مطالعه اي در سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاك خوزستان)

Prioritizing the indicators required for monitoring and control in the organization based on management in Islam (Study in the Khuzestan State Organization for Deeds and Properties)

يكى از حياتى ترين اركان يك مديريت سالم و كارآمد وجود يك نظام كامل و دقيق نظارت و بازرسى است. از آن جا كه دين مبين اسلام دينى كامل و جامع و پاسخ گوى تمام نيازهاى تكاملى انسان است و هر آنچه تكامل و سعادت انسان در گرو آن باشد در آموزه هاى دينى يافت مى شود، در اين زمينه نيز دستوراتى دارد و مديران مسلمان را به داشتن يك نظام دقيق، جدّى و عادلانه نظارت و بازرسى سفارش مى كند. با توجه به اهميت موضوع در اين تحقيق اولويت بندي شاخص هاي مورد نياز براي نظارت و كنترل در سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاك خوزستان بر مبناي مديريت در اسلام بررسي مي شود. داده ها با استفاده از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه با 30 نفر از نخبگان سازمان ثبت اسناد و املاك و با كمك اساتيد دانشگاه تهيه و جمع آوري گرديد و با استفاده از روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي تجزيه و تحليل شده است. دراين تحقيق شاخص هاي مورد نياز براي نظارت و كنترل بر مبناي مديريت در اسلام شامل روش مستقيم و بدون واسطه، روش غير مستقيم، روش مستقيم و با واسطه، خودكنترلي و نظارت همگاني مي باشد. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از اهميت روش مستقيم و بدون واسطه نسبت به ساير شاخص ها بوده و همچنين شاخص نظارت همگاني از كمترين اهميت برخوردار مي باشد.

One of the most crucial elements of a healthy and efficient management of a system of monitoring and inspection is complete and accurate. Of course, the necessity of monitoring means no confidence in order to have a strong military organization and not a regulatory means back to mistrust of the staff. Development and human prosperity depends on it, and whatever religious teachings to be found, in this regard instructions and Muslim leaders to have an accurate system, serious and fair enjoins supervision and inspection.In this study, prioritize the indicators needed to monitor and control organization registered in Khuzestan based property management checked in Islam. Data from interviews and questionnaires with 30 nffs of elite real estate agency documents and with the help of university teachers preparing and collecting and using the method of hierarchical analysis and analysis The study is based on the indicators needed to monitor and control management methods in Islam directly, without intermediaries, indirect method, direct method and by virtue, self-control and supervision of the public. The results indicate the importance of direct and immediate way than other indexes and index surveillance is least important.
