تحليل نقش هاي مثبت ديوها در اوسنه هاي عاميانۀ خراسان بزرگ

An Investigation of the positive role of the demons in Great Khorasan Folk Myths

پيش از ظهور زرتشت، ايرانيان به دو گروه از خدايان (اهوراها و ديوها) اعتقاد داشتند. انتشار آموزه هاي زرتشت، عامل تقدس زدايي از ديوها در ايران است. اوسنه هاي عاميانه، گنجينه اي بسيار مهم در شناسايي ويژگي هاي فرهنگي و چگونگي تكوين بسياري از باورها و نگرشها در جوامع‌اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه آيا اوسنه هاي عاميانۀ گردآوري‌شده از خراسان ايران و كشورهاي همزبان افغانستان و تاجيكستان مي تواند نشان‌دهندۀ سير تحول نگرش جامعۀ ايراني نسبت به ديوها باشد؟ در برخي از اوسنه هاي عاميانه، ديوها داراي سجاياي اخلاقي هستند؛ مثلاً شخصيتي قدرشناس دارند، به قهرمان داستان كمك مي كنند، خوب و خوش‌اخلاق هستند و كارهاي تخصصي انجام مي دهند. در برخي از داستانهاي عاميانه، آدميزاد به ديوها ظلم مي كند و حتي آنان را بدون دليل به قتل مي رساند، در حالي كه ديوها به كشتن آدمي رضايت نمي دهند. در بسياري از داستان ها، تحت تأثير اصلاحات ديني، نقش منفي به ديو نسبت داده شده، اما داستان هايي كه در آن‌ها ديوها ايفا كنندۀ نقش مثبت هستند، نشان از پيروزي خاطرۀ پرستش ديوها بر آموزه هاي زرتشت دارد.

Before the advent of Zoroastrians, the Iranians believed in two groups of gods (Ahuras and demons). The publication of Zoroastrian’s doctrines is the cause of the sanctification of demons in Iran. Folk legends are an important treasure for identifying cultural characteristics and finding how many beliefs and attitudes develop in societies. The purpose of the present study is to answer the question whether the collected folk legends from Khorasan of Iran and its partner countries Afghanistan and Tajikistan can show the evolution of Iranian society's attitude towards demons? In some folk legends, demons have a moral character; for example, they have a grateful personality, help the protagonist, they are good and kind, and they do specialized work. In some folk tales, human being oppresses the demons and even kills them for no reason, while the demons refuse to kill anyone. In many stories, by the influence of religion, negative role has been attributed to the demons, but the stories in which the demons play a positive role show the triumph of the worship of demons over the teachings of Zoroastrians.
