بررسي مقايسه اي وضعيت آموزش باليني از ديدگاه مربيان و دانشجويان پرستاري و مامايي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد فلاورجان

Comparison of Clinical Education Status between the Viewpoints of Clinical Instructors and the Nursing and Midwifery Students in Islamic Azad University, Falavarjan Branch

مقدمه: ارتقاي كيفيت آموزش باليني، مستلزم بررسي مستمر وضعيت موجود، شناخت نقاط قوت و اصلاح نقاط ضعف از طريق كسب نظرات مربيان و دانشجويان است. اين مطالعه با هدف مقايسه ديدگاه مربيان و دانشجويان پرستاري و مامايي در زمينه وضعيت آموزش باليني انجام‌گرفت. روش كار : پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي و مقطعي در سال 1395 بود. 33 مربي باليني و 361 دانشجوي پرستاري و مامايي در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد فلاورجان به شيوه سرشماري انتخاب شدند. داده ها به وسيله پرسشنامه اي دو قسمتي شامل اطلاعات دموگرافيك و پرسشنامه وضعيت آموزش باليني در پنج حيطه (اهداف و برنامه هاي آموزشي، عملكرد مربي، شيوه تعامل با دانشجو در محيط بالين، محيط آموزشي، و نظارت و ارزشيابي) به شيوه خود گزارشي جمع‌آوري شد. داده ها با آزمونهاي t مستقل، آناليز واريانس و ضريب هم بستگي پيرسون با كاربرد نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 21 تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: وضعيت آموزش باليني از ديدگاه مربيان، در سطح مطلوب (7/61±50/03) و از نظر دانشجويان متوسط (11/77±23/63) ارزيابي شد. در تمام حيطه هاي آموزش باليني بين ديدگاه مربيان و دانشجويان اختلاف معني داري وجود داشت (0/05> P). مربيان با تحصيلات بالاتر، سطح نظارت و ارزشيابي در آموزش بالين را بطور معناداري پايين تر ارزيابي نمودند (0/05> P). نتيجه‌گيري: مربيان در مقايسه با دانشجويان، وضعيت آموزش بالين را مطلوبتر ارزيابي نمودند. به نظر مي رسد مربيان رويكرد مثبت تري به آموزش دارند. در مقابل، مشكلات محيط بالين براي دانشجويان ملموس تر بوده و ارزيابي ضعيف تري از آموزش باليني داشته‌اند. بر اساس نتايج اين مطالعه، تامين محيط آموزش باليني مناسب و بهبود شيوه تعامل با دانشجويان در محيط بالين براي ارتقاي وضعيت آموزش باليني ضروري به نظر مي رسد.

Introduction: Improvement of clinical education quality requires continuous assessment of the current situation, identifying the strengths and improving the weaknesses through getting feedback from instructors and students . This study aimed to compare the viewpoints of clinical instructors and nursing and midwifery students about clinical education. Methods: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study which was conducted in 2016. Thirty tree clinical instructors and 361 nursing and midwifery students in Islamic Azad University, Falavarjan Branch were selected through census method. Data was collected using two-part self- reported questionnaire including demographic information and clinical education status' questionnaire in five dimensions (educational goals and plans, instructor's performance, feedback and interaction to student in clinical field, educational environment, supervision and evaluation). Data was analyzed with independent t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS/21 software. Results: The clinical education status in the viewpoints of instructors was in high level (23.63 ± 11.77) and in the viewpoints of students was in moderate level (50.03 ± 7.61). There was a significant difference between students and instructors' viewpoints in the all dimensions of clinical education (P<0.05). Instructors with higher education level assessed the level of supervision and evaluation of clinical education significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusions: The instructors, compared to the students evaluated clinical education status more suitable. It seems that the instructors had more positive approach to training than the students. In contrast, in the viewpoints of students, the problems of clinical environment were more tangible and so they have reported weak assessment of their clinical training. According to present study, providing the suitable "clinical educational environment" and improving the "interaction to student in clinical field" for solving the problems of clinical education is necessary.
