تحليل نقش دستگاه‌هاي امنيتي- اطلاعاتي در تحقق مدينۀ فاضله و تقابل آن با مدينۀ جاهله

Analyzing the Role of security – intelligence organizations in the realization of utopia and its confrontation with dystopia

يكي از اهداف غايي و كارويژۀ تشكيل حكومت اسلامي، دستيابي و تحقق مدينۀ فاضله به‌عنوان بستري براي رشد و تكامل انسان‌ها تا مقام خليفه‌اللهي و قرب نهايي است. توصيف مدينۀ فاضله يكي از مقوله‌هايي است كه انديشمندان مختلفي در طول تاريخ بشري در قالب مفاهيمي همچون حيات طيبه، حيات معقول، آرمان‌شهر مهدوي، تمدن نوين اسلامي و... بدان پرداخته‌اند. در اين ميان دين اسلام كه حامل تعاليم وحياني و عقلاني است، حيات طيبه و مدينۀ فاضله مطلوب انساني را با توجه به اهداف غايي و مياني تشكيل حكومت اسلامي، به تصوير مي كشد. سلسله آرمانشهرگرايان مسلمان از فارابي آغاز شده تا امامين عصر انقلاب و انديشمندان معاصر (نيم‌قرن اخير) امتداد يافته و به تشكيل تمدن نوين اسلامي كه طليعۀ طلوع خورشيد ولايت عظمي است، منتهي خواهد شد. از سوي ديگر، دستگاه‌هاي امنيتي مدينه جاهله (تمدن سكولار) با رويكرد تهاجمي و به‌روزرساني شگردهاي اطلاعاتي خود به كمك ابزارهاي نوين امنيتي، از طريق نفوذ و ايجاد اختلال در اركان مدينه فاضله براي تشكيل مدينۀ جاهله در تلاش هستند. در اين نوشتار نگارنده به جمع‌آوري داده‌ها با بهره‌گيري از مطالعات اسنادي (كتب، مقالات و...) به روش توصيفي- تحليلي به تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها پرداخته و به اين نتيجه دست يافته كه دستگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتي- امنيتي در تشكيل مدينه فاضله، بايستي اقدامات اطلاعاتي و حفاظتي خود را در راستاي رشد اوصاف زيستي (جنبۀ زيست‌محيطي و ساكنان) مدينه فاضله براي دستيابي به تمدن نوين اسلامي، اولويت‌بندي نموده و با مديريت منابع انساني و مادي به مبارزه اطلاعاتي با جامعۀ جاهلي با رويكرد تهاجمي در قالب فعاليت‌هاي امنيتي دفعي و رفعي بپردازند

One of the ultimate goals of the formation of the Islamic state is the realization of utopia as a base for its inhabitants to reach to the position of caliph of Allah and the ultimate closeness to God. The description of utopia is one of the categories that have been addressed by various scholars throughout the human history, in the form of concepts such as hayat tayebe (clean life), rational life, mahdavi utopia, modern Islamic civilization, and etc. In the meantime, the Islamic religion, which carries the teachings of revelation and rationality, depicts the desirable human hayat tayebe (clean life) and utopia with regard to the ultimate and intermediate purposes of the formation of the Islamic state. The Muslim utopian dynasty extends from Farabi to the Imams of the revolution era and contemporary scholars (the last 50 years) and will lead to the formation of a new Islamic civilization that rises from the sunrise of the absolute Islamic guardianship. On the other hand, the security systems of dystopia (secular civilization) are trying to form dystopia by adopting offensive approach and updating their intelligence skills with the help of new security tools, and also by infiltrating and disrupting the elements of utopia. In this paper, the author collected data by utilizing documental studies (books, articles and …) and employs descriptive - analytical method to analyze data. The research results shows that for creating utopia, intelligence – security systems must prioritize their intelligence and security efforts to develop the biological (environmental aspect and inhabitants) aspects of utopia in order to achieve a modern Islamic civilization and with the management of human and capital resources have an intelligence confrontation with dystopian society by an offensive approach in the form of defensive security activities.
