بررسي نقش عوامل ژئومورفيك درتعيين كاربري اراضي شهري و روند گسترس فيزيكي شهر با استفاده از نرم افزار (G.I.S) مطالعه موردي مهدي شهر استان سمنان

با توجه به اهميت و نقش بسيار بالاي مطالعات ژئومورفولوژي دربررسي مطالعات كاربري اراضي وهمچنين گسترش فيزيكي شهرها بسادگي به اين موضوع پي خواهيم برد كه بدون درنظر گرفتن عوامل ژئومرفيك مشكلات و نابساماني هاي شهري جلوه گر ميگرديد كه باعث شكل گيري مسائل فراواني در اين خصوص خواهند شد . درشهر مهدي شهر نيز به نظر مي رسد كاربري هاي زمين باتوجه به قيمت و مالكيت زمين تعيين شده است تا عوامل مهم طبيعي و ژئومورفولوژي ، بنابراين همين موضوعات باعث بروز آشفتگي هاي محسوسي در تعيين كاربري هاي زمين و در نهايت رشد و توسعه فيزيكي شهر شده است . در اين پژوهش با استفاده از يك روش توصيفي – تحليلي و عمليات ميداني در ابتدا عوامل مهم در آسيب پذيري شهر و عوامل ژئومرفيك آن كه عبارتند از: فاصله و حريم از گسل ها ، عوامل سيل خيز و توسعه فيزيكي شهر و در مرحله بعد نيز ساير عوامل غير طبيعي موثر شامل : تراكم ساختمانها، عمر ساختمانها، تراكم جمعيت شهر، حريم تأسيسات خطرزا و فاصله آنها از كاربريهاي امدادرساني و فضاهاي باز مورد بررسي قرارگرفته اند. سپس با وزن دهي به لايه هاي اطلاعاتي فوق و تركيب اين لايه ها در محيط G.I.S نقشه بهترين كاربريهاي مسكوني ، حريم گسترس فيزيكي شهر و همچنين محدوده هاي آسيب پذير در برابر حوادث مشخص كه در نهايت منجر به ايجاد اولويتهاي مربوط به بهسازي، نوسازي و مقاوم سازي ساختمانها در اين شهرگرديده است.
