تحولات قومي در مرزهاي ايران قبل و بعد از جنگ تحميلي: ابعاد و راهكارها

ناهمگوني قومي، ديني و اقتصادي، ويژگي ساختي عموم كشورهاي جهان سوم، بخصوص خاورميانه مي‌باشد. جنگ قوميت­ها و استفاده از خرده فرهنگ­ها در جهان سوم بويژه خاورميانه فصل مهمي از تاريخ درگيري‌ها اين ملت‌ها را نشان مي‌دهد. واقعيت موجود با فرايند نوين غلبه گفتمان خودگرداني و با استقلال‌جويي همه اقوام به‌جاي استيلا جويي يك قوم، عملاً به مسئله‌اي هويتي و امنيتي تبديل گرديده و در بسياري از موارد تماميت اراضي واحدهاي مختلف سياسي را تهديد مي‌نمايد. كشور ما نيز كه متشكل از اقوام مختلف است سبب تحولات قومي در ايران قبل از جنگ تحميلي و بعد از جنگ تحميلي شده است. سؤال اصلي مقاله حاضر اين است كه تحولات قومي در مرزهاي ايران قبل و بعد از جنگ تحميلي داراي چه ابعادي بوده است؟ در واقع نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه يكي از مقاطعي كه همراه با تحولات قومي در ايران بوده است مقطع جنگ تحميلي است. در حالي كه با پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي در بعضي مناطق غرب و شمال غرب و نيز شرق كشور شاهد تحركات قومي و هويت خواهي، خودمختاري و نيز استقلال خواهي قومي هستيم اما از مقطع جنگ تحميلي به بعد درجه همبستگي و انسجام قومي افزايش مي‌يابد و به نوعي شاهد كم رنگ شدن اين مسئله هستيم. با توجه به اين مقدمه در اين مقاله تلاش خواهد شد با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و نيز مقالات علمي و پژوهشي و نيز مقالت علمي و پژوهشي به تبيين و تحليل تحولات قومي در مرزهاي ايران قبل و بعد از جنگ تحميلي پرداخته شود.

Ethnic, religious, and economic heterogeneity is a structural feature of the general Third World countries, especially the Middle East. The ethnic conflicts and the use of subcultures in the Middle East reveal an important chapter in the history of the clashes of these nations. The reality with the new process of overcoming the autonomy of the discourse and the independence of all the ethnic groups rather than the statelessness of a nation has become virtually an issue of identity and security and in many cases threatens the integrity of the various political units. Our country, which consists of different ethnicities, has caused ethnic changes in Iran before the imposed war and after the imposed war. The main question of the present article is what dimensions of ethnic development in the boundaries of Iran before and after the imposed war? In fact, the results of this study indicate that one of the stages associated with ethnic changes in Iran has been the imposed war period. an‎d we are witnessing somewhat diminishing this issue. According to this introduction, in this article, we will attempt to explain and analyze the ethnic changes in the boundaries of Iran before and after the imposed war with the use of library resources, scientific and research papers, as well as scientific and research materials.
