بررسي تأثير فرهنگ شهروندي بر امنيت اجتماعي زنان در شهر ملاير

A Survey on effect of citizenship on women’s social security in Malayer city

امروزه، فرهنگ شهروندي به عنوان مؤلفه‌ي كليدي توسعه اجتماعي و فرهنگي مورد توجه انديشمندان و صاحبنظران قرار گرفته است از سويي احساس امنيت از جمله مقولات مهم در هر جامعه اي به شمار مي‌رود و مقدمه لازم براي حيات هر نظام سياسي و اجتماعي است. احساس امنيت به احساس رواني شهروندان از امنيت مرتبط بوده و از اين رو موضوعات و مسائل بسياري را پيرامون خويش در رابطه با تأمين يا عدم تأمين آن به همراه دارد. از جمله آسيب پذيرترين اقشار هر جامعه در رابطه با موضوع امنيت، زنان هستند. هدف تحقيق بررسي رابطه بين سطح فرهنگ شهروندي و ميزان امنيت اجتماعي زنان در شهر ملاير و بررسي ميزان سطح فرهنگ شهروندي و امنيت اجتماعي زنان در محله‌هاي شهر ملاير و رتبه بندي محله‌هاي شهر مي‌باشد. روش تحقيق حاضر توصيفي – تحليلي و كاربردي است. براي سنجش فرهنگ شهروندي و امنيت اجتماعي زنان نمونه‌اي مشتمل بر 383 نفر ساكنين زن شهر ملاير از جامعه آماري 79579 نفري با استفاده از فرمول كوكران به نسبت جمعيت زنان محله‌هاي شهر ملاير و به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب گرديد و اطلاعات لازم توسط پرسشنامه‌هاي فرهنگ شهروندي و امنيت اجتماعي زنان كه ميزان پايايي آن‌ها به ترتيب 843/0 و 927/0 بود، نتايج گوياي آن است كه به نظر مي‌رسد بين سطح فرهنگ شهروندي و ميزان امنيت اجتماعي زنان در شهر ملاير رابطه معناداري وجود دارد و بين سطح فرهنگ شهروندي و ميزان امنيت اجتماعي زنان در محله‌هاي شهر ملاير تفاوت وجود دارد.

Today, scholars consider citizenship culture as a key component of social and cultural development. On the other hand, security feeling is one of the important issues in every society and is an essential setup to the life of every political and social system. Security feeling is related to the citizen's psychological feelings of security, and hence has a lot of issues and concerns about their provision and non provision. In terms of security, women are among the most vulnerable sectors of society. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the level of citizenship culture and the level of social security of women in the city of Malayer and to assess the level citizenship culture and social security of the city of Malayer and ranking the neighborhoods of the city. The research method is descriptive-analytical and applied. A sample of 383 female of Malayer city was selected from the population of 79579 using Cochran's formula and random sampling method to measure the citizenship culture and social security of women. Data were collecte by questionnaires of citizenship culture and social security of women with a reliability of 0.843 and 0.927, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using Excel, SPSS, GIS softwares and using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the level of citizenship culture and social security of women in Malayer city and there are differences between the level of citizenship culture and social security of women in neighborhoods of Malayer city.
