تحليل و بررسي نقش بحران‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي منطقه خليج فارس در معضل ريزگردها

Analysis and evaluation of the role of geopolitical crises in the Persian Gulf region in the dangers of the Haze

بحران‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي نوع خاصي از بحران‌هاي بين‌المللي هستند كه منشأ جغرافيايي- سياسي دارند كه مهم‌ترين مشخصه‌ي بحران‌هاي ژئوپليتيك است. هدف اصلي اين مقاله عبارت است از تحليل و بررسي معضل ريزگردها از منظر بحران‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي منطقه خليج فارس. سؤال اصلي مقاله اين است كه بحران‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي منطقه خليج فارس چه نقشي در معضل ريزگردهاي منطقه دارند­؟ نتايج اين مقاله نشان مي­دهد كه تراژدي ريزگردها، در منطقه خاورميانه تنها به يك كشور يا يك بخش از منطقه، شامل عراق، سوريه و ايران منحصر نيست، بلكه اكثر كشورهاي منطقه با اين پديده خطرناك دست به گريبان هستند و مانند اهالي سوريه و يا عراق، بسياري از ساكنان 25 استان ايران نيز همواره در معرض تهديد اين پديده قرار دارند. مهم‌ترين كانون هاي ريزگرد در منطقه كه در مراكز تحقيقاتي به ثبت رسيده اند، بيابان هاي مركزي عربستان، كشورهاي حوزه خليج فارس، شمال آفريقا و دو صحراي جنوبي و غربي عراق و مركز سوريه است. بنابراين بخش قابل توجهي از معضل ريزگرد­ها در ايران ريشه خارجي دارد و اينكه ناامني به وجود آمده در اثر بحران‌هاي ژئوپليتيكي مقابله با بحران ريزگردها را سخت نموده است. تحقيق حاضر كيفي است كه در آن تحقيق حاضر كيفي است كه در آن سعي شده است با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و مقالات پژوهشي و نيز ساير منابع علمي به برنامه‌ريزي و سازمان‌دهي سياسي، امنيتي و اقتصادي فضا در منطقه مكران با محوريت منظقه چابهار پرداخته شود.

A significant part of the dangers of the reindeer has a roots external and that the insecurity created by geopolitical crises has made it harder to deal with the crisis of the microspheres.Geopolitical crises are a particular type of international crises of geo-political origin. This is the most important feature of the geopolitical crisis.The main objective of this paper is to analyze and investigate the dangers of the microscope from the point of view of the geopolitical crises of the Persian Gulf region. The main question of the article is how are the geopolitical crises of the Persian Gulf region in the dangers of the region?The results of this paper show that the tragedy of the Greenpeace in the Middle East region is not exclusive to a single country or part of the region, including Iraq, Syria and Iran, But most of the countries in the region are struggling with this dangerous phenomenon, and like Syria and Iraq, many residents of the 25 provinces of the country are also at risk of this phenomenon. The most important refurbish centers in the region, which have been registered at research centers, are the central deserts of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States, North Africa, and the two southern and western deserts of Iraq and the center of Syria.
