چكيده فارسي :
توزيع مناسب و بهينه امكانات و خدمات در ميان مناطق مختلف يكي از پيش نيازهاي توسعه پايدار و يكي از مهم ترين عوامل
جلوگيري از نابرابري ها و شكاف توسعه در پهنه سرزمين است . در همين راستا افزايش دسترسي به خدمات بخش بهداشت و درمان همواره يكي از پيش نيازهاي اساسي تحقق توسعة پايدار شهري و منطقه اي محسوب مي شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي شاخص هاي سلامت در شهرستان هاي استان فارس است. روش پژوهش از نوع كمي تحليلي بوده و قلمرو پژوهش را شهرستان هاي استان فارس - تشكيل مي دهند. شاخص تمركز وگستاف، پاسي و دورسلر نشان مي دهد كه شهرستان شيراز با اخذ مجموع شاخص تركيبي 11.39 در سطح ورا تمركز قرار گرفته است. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه شهرستان هاي جهرم با شاخص تركيبي 2.29 ، لار با شاخص تركيبي 2.274 ، مرودشت با شاخص تركيبي 2.269 ، فسا با شاخص تركيبي 1.7375 ، ممسني با شاخص تركيبي 1.2123 و كازرون با شاخص تركيبي 1.18 در سطح ميان تمركز استان قرار دارند. 17 شهرستان استان در سطح فرو تمركز قرار داشته و جزو شهرستان هاي محروم استان و ايران محسوب شده و ضروري است در برنامه ريزي هاي خرد و كلان به اين مناطق توجه ويژه اي مبذول نمود. همچنين شاخص پيشرفت وگستاف نشان مي دهد كه شهرستان شيراز با شاخص تركيبي 236.875 در سطح ورا تمركز قرار دارد. شهرستان هاي لار با شاخص تركيبي 29.79 ، جهرم با شاخص تركيبي 26.5417 ، مرودشت با شاخص تركيبي 26.2917 ، كازرون با شاخص تركيبي 21.7083 و فسا با شاخص تركيبي 21.6667 در سطح ميان تمركز استان قرار گرفته اند. ساير شهرستان ها در سطح محروم قرار گرفته اند.

Townships of Gahrom Whit composite index 2.29, Lar Whit composite index 2.274, Marvdasht Whit composite index 2.269, Fasa Whit composite index of 1.7375, mamasani with Composite index 1.2123 and Kazeron with Composite index 1.18 Is located in the Medium concentration Level of This province. Finding of Research by using the Achievement index of Wagstaff Show that Shiraz Township Whit composite index 236.875 Is located in the over concentration Level. Townships of Lar Whit composite index 29.79, Gahrom Whit composite index 26.5417, Marvdasht Whit composite index 26.2917, Kazeron with Composite index 21.7083 and Fasa Whit composite index of 21.6667 is located in the Medium concentration Level of province. Other Townships of province is located in the low concentration Level. We live in a very inequality world (Melamed and Samman, 2013: 1). Poverty and inequality are one of the major concepts in the world (Alvaredo and Gasparini, 2013: 3). So far, one of the important issues is the imbalance of the distribution system and the failure of the urban services system, and the heterogeneous and unplanned development is one of the main reasons for this problem (Yazdani and Firouzi Majande, 2016: 18).One of these services is in cities and healthcare services, and over the past two decades a large amount of research and reporting on socio-economic inequalities in health have been conducted. There is an inequality in access to health services in both developed and developing countries (Braveman and Tarimo, 2002: 1621). The growing challenges are whether health is negatively affected by inequality of income within the community (Nilsson and Bergh, 2012: 2).
