بررسي نقش ميانجي چالشهاي نوآوري در رابطهي بين سازههاي نوآوري و عملكرد مالي و اقتصادي شركت

Investigating the Effect of Innovation Growth Constructs and Mediating Role of Innovation Challenges on Financial and Economic Performance of Tehran Stock Exchange Companies

طبق ادبيات نوين حسابداري، نوآوري يكي از اجزاي كليدي براي عملكرد شركت است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش تاثير عوامل مثبت (رشد) و منفي (چالش) نوآوري بر عملكرد مالي و اقتصادي شركت هاي بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مي‌باشد. نمونه آماري پژوهش 120 شركت فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زماني 1396-1387 است. در اين پژوهش براي آزمون فرضيه ها از معادلات ساختاري (PLS) و SPSS استفاده شده است. متغير وابسته اين پژوهش عملكرد مالي و همچنين عملكرد اقتصادي است. متغير مستقل اين پژوهش نوآوري است. همچنين تاثير نقش ميانجي چالش‌هاي نوآوري در رابطه نوآوري و عملكرد مالي و اقتصادي شركت مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه رابطه مستقيمي بين سازه هاي نوآوري و عملكرد مالي و اقتصادي وجود دارد. همچنين چالش هاي نوآوري به عنوان متغير ميانجي تاثير غيرمستقيم و منفي روي عملكرد مالي دارد، كه چالش دانش و بازار بيشترين تاثير و چالش مالي كمترين تاثير را دارا بودند. اما تاثير چالش هاي نوآوري به عنوان متغير ميانجي بر روي رابطه سازه هاي نوآوري و عملكرد اقتصادي معنادار نشد. اين امر اهميت بررسي چالش هاي نوآوري را روي رابطه عملكرد مالي و اقتصادي شركت نشان مي‌دهد. يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه شركت براي رسيدن به عملكرد مطلوب، اقدام به كاهش چالش هاي نوآوري به‌ويژه چالش هاي دانش و بازار كند.

According to the modern accounting literature, innovation is a key component of corporate performance. The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of positive factors (growth) and negativite (challenges) of innovation on financial and economic performance of Tehran Stock Exchange companies. The statistical sample consists of 120 active companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 1396-1386. In this research, structural equations (PLS) and SPSS have been used to test the hypotheses. The dependent variable of this study is financial performance as well as economic performance. The independent variable of this research is innovation. Also, the role of mediator of innovation challenges in the relationship between innovation and financial and economic performance of the company is examined. The results of the research show that there is a direct effect between innovation structures and financial and economic performance. Also, innovation challenges as a mediating variable posit indirect effects on financial and economic performance, which makes it important to examine the innovation challenges associated with financial and economic performance of the company. The findings suggest that in order to achieve optimal performance, the company must reduce the challenges of innovation, especially the challenges of knowledge and the market.
