چكيده فارسي :
در ساختار نوين بين‌المللي و محيط آنارشيك نظام جهاني، تهديدات داراي جنبه‌هاي نظامي، همچنان از مهم‌ترين مصاديق نگران‌كننده امنيت ملي كشورها محسوب مي‌شوند. در چنين شرايطي، كشورها دائماً در تلاش براي به‌روزرساني در ماهيت قدرت تدافعي ـ تهاجمي نيروهاي نظامي و نوع و ساختار تجهيزات رزمي خود براي مقابله با انواع تهديدها هستند. جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز به‌عنوان يكي از كشورهاي مهم و تأثيرگذار در منطقه پرآشوب غرب آسيا، تلاش‌هاي فراواني در زمينه خودكفايي توانايي‌هاي نظامي خود انجام داده است. دراين‌بين، توسعه و گسترش فناوري‌هاي ساخت انواع موشك‌هاي دوربرد و دقت‌هاي مختلف، از نكات بسيار مهم در ساختار نظامي ايران در سه دهه اخير بوده و موفقيت‌هاي فراواني نيز در آن به‌دست آورده است. در اين پژوهش، باتمركز‌بر توانايي‌هاي موشكي ايران، اين پرسش مطرح مي‌شود كه زمينه‌ها، ضرورت‌ها و اهداف راهبردي برنامه موشكي جمهوري اسلامي ايران چه هستند و اصولاً چه عامل يا عواملي باعث گرايش ايران به توسعه صنايع موشكي شده است؟ استدلال اصلي اين مقاله آن است كه التزام ژئوپليتيكي ناشي از موقعيت ايران، تجربه جنگ تحميلي عراق عليه ايران، لزوم بازدارندگي منطقه‌اي، همراهي با تحولات فناورانه نظامي بين‌المللي و عقب‌نماندن در چرخه مسابقه تسليحاتي، ازجمله مهم‌ترين عوامل زمينه‌اي و ضرورت‌بخش توسعه برنامه موشكي ايران مي‌باشد كه ذيل هدف كلي بازدارندگي، ايجاد و توسعه يافته‌اند.

In the new international structure and anarchic environment of the world system, threats of a military nature continue to be one of the most worrying national security concerns. In such circumstances, countries are constantly trying to update the nature of the defensive-offensive power of their troops and the type and structure of their combat equipment to deal with all kinds of threats. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as one of the important and influential countries in the tumultuous region of West Asia, has made great efforts in the field of self-sufficiency of its military capabilities. In this regard, the development and deployment of technologies for the manufacture of long-range missiles and various precision missions have been very important in Iran's military structure over the last three decades and have achieved many successes. In this research, focusing on Iran's missile capabilities, the question arises as to what are the areas, necessities, and strategic goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran's missile program, and what factors or factors have caused Iran's tendency to develop missile industries? The main argument of this article is that the geopolitical implications of the Iranian situation, the experience of the imposed Iraqi war on Iran, the need for regional deterrence, the accompanying international military technological developments, and the backwardness of the arms race, are among the most important underlying factors of Iran's development agenda. The following are the overall goals of deterrence, created and developed.
