منظور از محيط كسب‌وكار عوامل مؤثر در عملكرد بنگاه‌هاي اقتصادي است كه مديران يا مالكان بنگاه‌ها نمي‌توانند آن‌ها را تغيير دهند يا بهبود بخشند. كتاب بهبود فضاي كسب‌وكار و تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي تأليفي است كه محقق آن به‌دنبال برقراري ارتباط بين محيط كسب‌وكار و تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتي بوده است. در همين جهت، شاخص سهولت كسب‌وكار را انتخاب كرده و با استفاده از جدول‌ها و نمودارهاي مقايسه‌اي سعي در موشكافي اين ارتباط داشته است. اين مقاله با عنوان نقد صوري و نقد محتوايي ساختاربندي شده است. مصداق موردنظر نويسنده (محيط كسب‌وكار) طيف وسيعي از شاخص‌هاي متمايزي دارد كه تفاوت‌هاي مهمي باهم دارند و نمي‌توان تمام اين موارد و مصاديق را يك‌سان و مشابه دانست، اما نويسنده فقط به يكي از شاخص‌ها، كه شاخص مهمي نيز به‌شمار مي‌رود، اشاره داشته است. نظر به اين‌كه كتاب مذكور هدف والايي را دنبال مي‌كند، تبييني متقن از ارتباط بين محيط كسب‌وكار و اقتصاد مقاومتي را بر غناي اثر مي‌افزايد و انتظار مي‌رود تا نويسنده در چاپ‌هاي بعدي به نكات مطرح‌شده، به‌منظور ارتقاي كيفيت اثر، توجه كند.
