ارائه الگوي راهبردي مديريت فضاي سايبر ج.ا.ا بر اساس اوامر و تدابير حضرت امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله‌العالي)

Strategic model of cyberspace management of I.R.I, based on Imam Khamenei’ ideas

عصر ارتباطات و صحنه بروز و ظهور فناوري‌هاي نوين از جمله اينترنت به عنوان يكي از مولفه‌هاي مهم فضاي سايبر، باعث تغيير و دگرگوني و تسريع در امر جهاني شدن به‌شمار مي‌رود. اين فضا ظرفيت فوق‌العاده‌اي در جهت مديريت و اعتلاي كشورمان ايجاد نموده اما از طرفي با توجه به اين كه زيرساخت‌هاي اصلي اين فضا در اختيار نظام سلطه است، مي‌تواند به‌عنوان تهديدي براي حاكميت به حساب آيد. نفي نظام سلطه در مديريت فعلي فضاي سايبر، مستلزم بهره‌گيري از رهنمودهاي مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي) در جهت مديريت و ارتقاي امنيت ملي كشور، مي‌باشد. با توجه به رهنمودهاي غني، جامع و كامل مقام معظم رهبري در خصوص فضاي سايبر، اجراي تدابير معظم‌له، مستلزم بررسي، تحقيق، گردآوري، تجزيه و تحليل و ارائه الگوي راهبردي مي‌باشد.در اين مقاله از روش داده بنياد و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات كتابخانه‌اي و ميداني استفاده و به منظور تحليل داده‌ها، از تحليل تركيبي يا آميخته اكتشافي با جامعه آماري 60 نفر و روش گلوله برفي در حد اشباع، استفاده و روايي و پايايي پرسشنامه با آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ و عدد 911. به تاييد رسيده و در نهايت ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها، استخراج و ضمن تحليل، الگوي راهبردي مديريت فضاي سايبر ج.ا.ا بر اساس اوامر و تدابير مقام معظم رهبري به عنوان هدف اصلي تحقيق ارائه و ميزان تاثير فرمايشات معظم‌له در ابعاد مديريت راهبردي فضاي سايبر (بعد هماهنگي با بالاترين بار عاملي 99.7 و بعد اهداف با كمترين 96.3) تعيين و پيشنهادهاي مناسب نيز در انتها ارائه شده است.

Era of communication and new technologies, such as Internet, is a catalyst for the transformation and acceleration of globalization. This space has created a huge capacity for management and improvement of our country but on the other hand, considering that the main infrastructure of this space is in the hands of the domination system, it can be considered a threat to society. The negation of domination in the current management of cyberspace, Requires the use of the guidelines of the Supreme Leader for the management and promotion of national security of the country. Given the rich, comprehensive and complete guidelines of the Supreme Leader on cyberspace The implementation of the measures will require the study, research, compilation, analysis and presentation of the strategic model. In this paper, Grounded Theory and library and Field research gathering tools were used and data were analyzed using Quantitative and qualitative analysis with a statistical population of 60 people and snowball method in saturation used and validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha test with The number of .911 has been confirmed and finally, the dimensions, components and indicators, extracted and analyzed, the strategic model of virtual space management, based on Imam Khamenei’ ideas and the effect Imam Khamenei’ ideas on the strategic management dimensions Cyberspace (Dimension Coordination with the highest factor load of 99.7 and Dimension targets with a minimum of 96.3) and Appropriate suggestions are also given at the end.
