شناسايي عوامل و روند‌هاي موثر چالش‌هاي اجتماعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در 15 سال آينده

ساخت اجتماعي جوامع، در فرايند حركتي خود، واجد تحولات و تطورات ذاتي و يا عارضي، و اثر گذار بر فضاي زيستي انسان‌ها مي‌باشد. اين تغييرات مواجه با روند‌ها ي پيدا و پنهاني بوده، كه موجد جريان حركتي كلان روند‌هاي تاثير گذار اجتماعي مي‌باشند. شناخت اين روند‌ها و عوامل، زمينه ساز شناخت جهات تحولي و تطوري اجتماع، و نهايتا امكان سازي براي پيش بيني وضعيت‌هاي بهينه ساز و يا آسيب زاي كاركردي و يا ساختاري جامعه در آينده خواهد بود. كسب اين شناخت، با روند‌شناسي عوامل موثر (با عطف توجه به عوامل و روند‌هاي گذشته نگر و حال نگر)، از طريق الگوهاي آينده پژوهانه ميسر خواهد بود.روند‌شناسي ساخت اجتماعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران با بهره گيري از روش تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي، (از سال‌هاي پس از پايان دفاع مقدس تاكنون)، نشان دهنده تاثير 23 عامل در سازه‌هاي ساختي و يا كاركردي ساخت اجتماعي نظام مي‌باشد. با بررسي آينده پژوهانه روند‌ها و عوامل مذكور در افق زماني 15 سال آينده ساخت اجتماعي نظام با بهره گيري از روش پيمايشي، سه عدم قطعيت بحراني؛ «افزايش فقر و تضاد طبقاتي»، «واگرايي ارزشي و هنجاري» و «افزايش آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي» شناسايي گرديد. مطابق با عدم قطعيت‌هاي بحراني شناسايي شده، چهار سناريوي احتمالي و ممكن ساخت اجتماعي نظام تدوين؛ سپس راهبرد‌هاي نيل به سناريوي مطلوب(تعديل و كاهش چالش‌هاي اجتماعي) با بهره گيري از روش تونل باد احصاء گرديده است.
