Human development studies of women and gender: Meta-synthesis of women human development studies

مفهوم توسعه به مثابه پروژه‌اي نظري و عملي بخشي از زندگي شخصي و اجتماعي است. تحليل و بازخواني مطالعات توسعه براي تداوم پروژه توسعه اجتناب ناپذير است. اين مقاله در شكل فراسنتز كيفي به بازخواني مطالعات توسعه انساني حوزه زنان مي­پردازد. هدف ما واسازي صورت­ بندي موضوعي و معرفت ­شناختي حاكم بر مطالعات توسعه انساني زنان است. در اين راستا ضمن بررسي نظريه‌هاي راجع به زنان، جنسيت و توسعه، سعي خواهيم كرد، جايگاه مطالعات توسعه انساني زنان را در تاريخ مطالعات نظري توسعه، زنان و جنسيت بررسي كنيم. فراسنتز روش ارزيابي مظالعات كيفي با هدف شناخت و تعيين صورت­ بندي موضوعي و نظري حاكم بر يك ميدان مطالعاتي خاص است. فراسنتز نقد زمينه­ هاي معرفتي، نظري و كرداري مطالعات يك حوزه خاص براي فراهم كردن فهمي چند بعدي از تجربه‌ها، كردارها و نهادها و مسائل است. هدف فراسنتز تفسيري و نه استقرايي است. اين فراسنتز در ميدان مطالعات توسعه زنان در پي اين پرسش بود كه رابطه نظري توسعه، زنان و جنسيت چگونه صورت ­بندي شده است . براي اينكار مقالات با روش كيفي در فصلنامه زن در توسعه و سياست را در فاصله سال‌هاي 1380 – 1392 به مثابه هدف خود در نظر گرفتيم. نتيجه­ گيري مقاله اين است كه سياست‌هاي مطالعات توسعه انساني زنان در چارچوب تعريف زيستي از زنان بوده و بحث از زمينه‌هاي تاريخي و ساختاري و ايدئولوژيك برساختن عامليت زنانه و توانمندي‌ها و محدوديت‌ها غايب مطالعات توسعه انساني زنان است .

The concept of development as a theoretical and practical project is part of personal and social life. Analyzing and revising developmental studies is indispensable for the continuation of the development project. This paper, in the form of a qualitative meta-synthesis, looks at human development studies in the field of women. The purpose is to reformulate the thematic and epistemological formulation governing the studies of human development of women. In this regard, while analyzing theories about women, gender and development, we will try to examine the position of women's human development studies in the history of theoretical studies of development, women and gender. Meta-synthesis is the assessment method of qualitative studies with the aim of identifying the topical and theoretical formulations of a particular field of study. Meta-synthesis is a critique of cognitive, theoretical, and cultural studies of a specific area to provide a multidimensional understanding of experiences, practices, and institutions and issues. The aim of meta-synthesis is interpretative rather than inductive. This study in the field of women's development studies was followed by the question of how the theoretical relationship of development, women and gender was formulated. To do this, we analyzed qualitative articles published in the journal of Women's Quarterly on Development and Politics during the years 1380- 1392 .The conclusion of the paper is that the policies of women's human development studies are in the context of the biological definition of women, and the discussion of the historical, structural, and ideological contexts of women's empowerment and abilities and limitations are absent from the mentioned studies.
