Passive Defense in the IRI's Defensive Strategy: Role and Position

كشورهايي كه راهبردهاي چندوجهي پدافند غيرعامل را در قالب نظريه تهاجم- دفاع و دفاع غيرتهاجمي در دستور كار قرار مي­دهند، كمتر مورد تهديد قرار مي­ گيرند. اين تحقيق با هدف تبيين نقش و جايگاه پدافند غيرعامل در راهبرد دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران انجام شده است. پژوهش از نوع كاربردي و به روش آميخته انجام گرديده است. جامعه آماري بر اساس برآورد خبرگان 220 نفر برآورد شده كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران، حجم نمونه 67 نفر به روش هدفمند نسبتي در دسترس تعيين شده است. اطلاعات اين تحقيق از دو روش كتابخانه ­اي و ميداني گردآوري و با استفاده از طيف ليكرت تحليل شده است. نتايج حاصله حكايت از آن دارد كه اتخاذ راهبردهاي دفاعي چندوجهي، ضمن افزايش قابليت بقاء و مصونيت ­سازي نظام ج.ا.ا. در مقابل تهديدات چندوجهي و فن‌آور پايه دشمن، باعث پايداري و كاهش آسيب­ پذيري مؤلفه‌هاي دفاعي- امنيتي در مقابل آفند دشمن مي­ گردد. مشاركت نيروهاي مردمي در اجراي طرح­هاي پدافندي مي­ تواند در اقتدار دفاعي و بازدارندگي همه­ جانبه مؤثر واقع گردد.

The countries following multifaceted passivedefense strategies in the frame of strike-defense and non-striking defense lessface threats. In the same vein, this study aims to clarify the role andposition of passive defense in the defensive strategy of the IR of Iran.Accordingly, it makes up a population of 220 experts out of which 67 are putinto access upon Cochran Formula in an objective relativity. Following, itgathers data on desk and survey and analyses them by means of Likert Spectrum. The outcome of the study reveals that theadoption of multifaceted defensive strategies besides increasing thesurvivability and immunizing the IRI system in front of multifaceted andtechnological threats, sustains and fortifies the security-defense constituentsin the face of hostile attacks. Furthermore, the mass participation inenforcement of defense plans could be effective in defense power and totaldeterrence.
