تحليل محتواي كيفي سخنراني هاي رئيس دولت يازدهم (حسن روحاني) در سازمان ملل با رويكرد استقرايي

Qualitative content analysis of President XI speeches (Hassan Rouhani) at the United Nations in an inductive approach

در اين پژوهش به تحليل محتواي كيفي سخنراني هاي رئيس جمهور (حسن روحاني) در مجمع عمومي سازمان ملل در سال هاي 1392، 1393 و 1394پرداخته شده است. بر اساس روش تحليل محتواي كيفي با رويكرد استقرايي، مقوله هاي (محورهاي) اساسي نهفته در متن، ارتباط بين مقوله ها و مدل مفهومي از هر كدام از سخنراني ها به دست آمد. نتايج اين تحليل نشان مي دهد كه خشونت سازمان يافته غرب در منطقه مانند حمله به عراق و افغانستان و... باعث خشونت، افراطي گري و جنگ در خاورميانه شده و خطر نابودي تمدن و ايجاد حكومت هاي تروريستي بسيار محتمل است. قدرت هاي بزرگ بايد دست از دخالت هاي نظامي و غير نظامي در منطقه بردارند. ايران كشوري امن و خواهان ايفاي نقش سازنده در منطقه است. مردم ايران به دولت تدبير و اميد راي دادند و رويكرد تعاملي دولت ايران منجر به شروع مذاكرات با رويكرد جديد بر سر برنامه هسته اي ايران شد. برنامه دقيق و ديپلماتيك به همراه گفت وگوي سازنده و شهامت انعطاف پذيري ايران منجر به توافق هسته اي شده است. نتيجه توافق هسته اي، لغو تحريم هاي ناعادلانه، صلح و ثبات در منطقه و جهان و آغاز فصل جديد روابط ايران با جهان در همه زمينه ها خواهد بود. ايران خواهان تعامل اقتصادي و توسعه در دوران پس از توافق است.

In this research are discussed qualitative content analysis of speeches of the President (Hassan Rouhani) in the UN General Assembly in the years 1393.1392 and 1394 . The results of this analysis show that the West organized violence in our region, such as the Attack of Iraq and Afghanistan Caused violence, extremism and war in the Middle East an‎d risk the destruction of civilization and create a terrorist state is very likely.The major powers must stop civilian and military intervention in in this region. Iran is a secure country and wants to play a constructive role in the region .Iranian people voted for the state with plan and hopes thus interactive approach of Iranian government caused to start negotiations over Iran's nuclear program with a new approach.The exact schedule and diplomatic flexibility and courage constructive dialogue of Iran led to a nuclear deal. As a result of the nuclear deal would be Cancellation of unjust sanctions, peace and stability in the region and the world and the beginning of a new chapter in Iran's relations with the world in all context. Iran intrend economic cooperation and development in the period after the agreement.
