بررسي اهداف و اصول امنيت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران از منظر امام خميني (ره) و مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله العالي)

The Review of Purposes and Principles of National Security of Islamic Republic of Iran from the Viewpoint of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader

بسياري از پژوهشگران، امنيت ملي را توانايي يك كشور در حفظ ارزش‌هاي فردي در برابر تهديدهاي خارجي مي‌دانند و از اين منظر يكي از موضوعات بسيار مهم حال حاضر، شناخت ادبيات فكري و اعتقادي امام خميني (ره) بنيان‌گذار انقلاب اسلامي و امام خامنه‌اي (مدظله العالي) رهبر جمهوري اسلامي ايران جهت درك و شناخت بهتر حوزه امينت ملي جمهوري اسلامي ايران و اهداف اصول آن است. لذا با توجه به اينكه در پيدايش اهداف و اصول امنيت ملي و استقرار آن، عاملي تاثيرگذار در انديشه اين دو بزرگوار دخيل بوده است كه نيازمند تامل و ژرف نگري اساسي براي شناخت اين عامل تاثيرگذار است و در اينجا ما با هدف بررسي اين مسئله، ضمن تفهميم مفاهيم امنيت و امنيت ملي و نيز بررسي اين مفاهيم از منظر اسلام، با تامل و بازخواني ديدگاه‌هاي مقام معظم رهبري و امام خميني (ره) به تبيين اهداف و اصول امنيت ملي حال حاضر جمهوري اسلامي مي‌پردازيم. نتايج پژوهش بيان مي‌دارد رهبران جمهوري اسلامي ايران؛ اهداف و اصول امنيت ملي را از زاويه نگاه و اصول اعتقادي خود كه همانا اسلام راستين است استخراج نموده‌اند و هدف اصلي از اصول و اهداف امنيت ملي حال حاضر جمهوري اسلامي، در حقيقت يك ابزار در خدمت انديشه و گفتمان اسلام است كه در انديشه حفظ جان و مال و ناموس مسلمين در كنار حفظ ارزش‌ها و اعتقادات آنها در برابر سلطه كافران و معاندين و نيز ارتقا و اعتلاي فكري فرهنگي مسلمانان در سراسر جهان است.

Many researchers believe the ability of a country to maintain national security against external threats are individual value and from this perspective one of the very important issues now is the knowledge of the literature of thought and belief of Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khomeini (may Allah grant him) and the leader of Islamic Republic of Iran. In order to better understand the scope of National Security of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its principles and objectives.Therefore, given that the emergence of the purposes and principles of national security, the literature of thought and belief of both leaders has been influential factor so requiring deliberation is essential for understanding the impact of this factor. and here we are aiming to address this issue, the understanding of concepts of security and national security, as well as review the concepts of Islam to reflect on and recall the views of the Supreme Leader and Imam Khomeini (RA(,we explain the purposes and principles of the National Security of the Islamic Republic deal. Research results suggest that leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran look at the purposes and principles of national security through Islamic principles and beliefs which certainly have been extracted from true Islam. In fact the main objective of the principles and objectives of the current National Security of the Islamic Republic is seen as a tool at the service of Islam discourse. The idea of protecting the lives, property and honor of Muslims, along with their values and beliefs, against the domination of infidels and enemies as well as promoting cultural and intellectual advancement of Muslims around the world
