بررسي ميزان رضايت دانشجويان از خدمات آموزشي، پژوهشي، رفاهي و اداري دانشكده‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي (مورد مطالعه: دانشكده‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي استان مركزي)

Examining the Students’ Satisfaction from Educational, Research, Welfare and Administrative Services Provided by Technical and Vocational Colleges (Case Study: Technical and Vocational Colleges in Markazi Province)

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي ميزان رضايت دانشجويان از خدمات آموزشي، پژوهشي، رفاهي و اداري دانشكده‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي استان مركزي اجرا شد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي-پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري شامل 3673 نفر از دانشجويان دانشكده‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي استان مركزي بود كه تعداد 915 نفر به روش طبقه‌بندي و با استفاده از جدول مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات مورد نياز از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. در اين پژوهش براي تعيين روايي پرسشنامه از روايي محتوايي و براي تعيين اعتبار و پايايي از روش آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده شد و ضريب پايايي 0/956 به دست آمد. به‌منظور تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss و آزمون تي تك‌نمونه‌اي استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه با توجه به سطح معني‌داري براي خدمات آموزشي، پژوهشي و رفاهي كه كوچك‌تر از 0/05 است، ميانگين سطح هر يك از اين خدمات تفاوت معني‌داري با عدد 3 دارد. ميانگين سطح خدمات آموزشي، بالاتر از متوسط و ميانگين سطح خدمات پژوهشي و رفاهي، پايين‌تر از متوسط به دست آمد. در مورد خدمات اداري نيز ميانگين سطح خدمات اداري تفاوت معني‌داري با عدد 3 ندارد.

Abstract: This descriptive-survey research was conducted to examine the students' satisfaction from the educational, research, welfare and administrative services provided by Technical and Vocational Colleges in Markazi Province. The statistical population included 3673 students of Technical and Vocational Colleges in Markazi Province, among whom 915 students were randomly (stratified sampling) selected as research sample using Morgan Table. The standard questionnaire was used to collect the required information. In this research, the content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and the Cronbach's Alpha method was used to determine its reliability (0.956). Next, the SPSS Software and One Sample T-test were used in order to analyze the data. The findings showed that, given this fact that the significance level for educational, research and welfare services was less than 0.05, the mean level of each of these services was significantly different from 3. Accordingly, the mean level of educational services was higher than the average level. Besides, the mean level of research and welfare services was lower than the average level. In the case of administrative services, it was found that the mean level of administrative services was not significantly different from 3.
