يكي از ويژگي هاي برجسته كاركنان نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران علاوه بر فراگيري مهارت هاي مورد نياز و بايسته پليسي، برخورداري از مهارتهاي تربيتي و در واقع رعايت الزامات رفتاري مي باشد. از آنجا كه اين كاركنان در تعامل مستقيم با آحاد شهروندان در طيف ها و اقشار مختلف مي باشند، بنابراين شرايط ايجاب مي نمايند از مهارت هاي رفتاري اعلايي برخوردار بوده و تلاش نمايند با آموزش هاي متناسب، نحوه رفتار خود را با معيارها و استانداردهاي مورد قبول جامعه و شهروندان تطابق دهند، از سوي ديگر مصاديق بسيار متنوع و گوناگون حقوق شهروندي وجود تعريف شده كه در ارتباط مستقيم و بي واسطه با نوع رفتار و عملكرد حرفه اي كاركنان مي باشد و هر لحظه بيم آن مي رود كه رفتاري غيراستاندارد و نسنجيده ساير اقدامات مثبت و قابل توجه مجموعه نيروي انتظامي را خدشته دار نمايد.، لذا در اين نوشتار به بررسي «مولفه هاي مهم الزامات رفتاري كاركنان ناجا در حوزه حقوق شهروندي» مي پردازيم.
