هدف پژوهش حاضر نيازسنجي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي منطقه شهر ري مي‌باشد. بنابراين روش تحقيق حاضر از نوع پيمايشي و تكنيك به كار گرفته شده، تكنيك نمونه گيري و استفاده از پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماري در اين تحقيق شامل كليه كاركنان نيروي انتظامي منطقه شهر ري مي‌باشد. نمونه آماري اين پژوهش به 75 نفر تعيين گرديد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه 29 سوالي محقق ساخته‌اي است كه بر اساس مطالعات عميق و مصاحبه با متخصصان و به كمك اساتيد متخصص تهيه شده است از آنجايي كه پرسشنامه اين تحقيق محقق ساخته بوده و علاوه بر آن سئوالات آن به رويت چند تن از كارشناسان مربوطه رسيده و مطابق با نظرات آنان اصلاحات اندكي به خصوص در ترجمه و معادل سازي به عمل آمده است لذا روايي آن به طريق محتوائي حاصل شده است ضريب الفاي كرونباخ كل پرسشنامه برابر 0/91 محاسبه شده است. در اين تحقيق ابتدا 9 نياز آموزشي از طريق پرسش از صاحب‌نظران خبره و پيشينه‌هاي نظري و تجربي تحقيق شناسايي شدند سپس از طريق پرسشنامه بسته جهت تاييد يا حذف عوامل در بين افراد نمونه آماري توزيع گرديد. نتايج حاصل از رتبه‌بندي نيازهاي آموزشي نشان داد كه به ترتيب «نياز توسعه اي» و «نياز حل مسئله» در بالاترين و پايين ترين رتبه‌ها قرار داشتند.

The purpose of this study was to assess the police forces of Ray district. Therefore, the method of this research is survey and the technique used, the sampling technique and the use of the questionnaire. The statistical population in this research includes all the police personnel of Shahreira district. The statistical sample of this study was determined to 75 people. The data gathering tool in this research is a questionnaire of 29 researcher-made questions that is based on deep studies and interviews with experts and with the help of professors. Since the questionnaire of this research has been made and in addition to the questions it is presented by several experts. Respectively, and, according to their views, there have been few modifications, especially in translation and equation, so its validity has been achieved through content. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the whole questionnaire has been calculated to be 0.91. In this research, nine educational needs were first identified through questionnaires from experts and theoretical and empirical research backgrounds. Then they were distributed through a closed questionnaire to confirm or eliminate factors among the sample population. The results of rating educational needs indicated that "development need" and "problem solving need" were in the highest and lowest rank respectively.
