چگونگي تحول مفهوم ازدواج در كليساي كاتوليك و چالش ‌هاي پيش ‌رو

The Evolution of the Concept of Marriage in the Catholic Church and Upcoming Challenges

با نگاهي به مفهوم «ازدواج» و «خانواده» در گذشتة مسيحيت، روشن مي شود كه اين مفاهيم از بستر يهودي، تا نگاهي كه عيسي به آن داشته و فهم متفاوتي كه پولس و آگوستين، به عنوان مفسر و الهيدان به آن داشته اند، تغييرات معنا داري يافته است. آنان مفهوم ازدواج را به قلمرو الهياتي وارد كردند، به گونه ‌اي كه مفهوم رايج و مرسوم ازدواج و خانواده در يهوديت و مسيحيت اوليه، با رابطه محبت‌ آميز مسيح و كليسا درآميخت. كليساي كاتوليك نيز در قرون وسطي، بيشتر بر بعد الهياتي و فراطبيعي اين مفاهيم تاكيد كرد. اما كليسايي كه شريعت را كنار گذاشته بود، در اين زمينه قوانين كليسايي سختي را بر آن افزود و چالش هاي بسياري را براي مسيحيان به وجود آورد. كليساي كاتوليك، پس از شوراي دوم واتيكان در رويارويي با اين چالش و براي حفظ قوانين كليسايي، و حفظ جامعه مومنان، بايد تدابيري مي انديشيد. پاپ ژان پل دوم و پاپ فرانسيس، بيش از ديگران تلاش كردند تا راه حلي براي اين مشكل پيدا كنند. اين پژوهش، با رويكردي توصيفي- تحليلي، چگونگي فربه شدن مفهوم ازدواج، با افزودن معنايي مجازي بر آن و جنبة آييني يافتن آن و نوعي افراط‌ورزي در قوانين كليساي كاتوليك و پيامد هاي آن را نشان مي‌ دهد.

With regard to the concept of “marriage” and “family” in early Christianity, it is clarified that these concepts have undergone sweeping changes from the Jewish context to Jesus Christ and different readings by Paul and Agustin, as theologians and interpreters. They introduced the concept of marriage into the theology realm, in such a way that the common concept of marriage and family in Judaism and early Christianity was mixed with of the love relationship between Christ and church; then in Middle Ages, Catholic Church emphasized further on the theological and supernatural aspects of these concepts. But the Church which had ignored the Law, added rigid Canon law to it and created many challenges for Christians. After the second Vatican council, Catholic Church, should have contrived to take some measures for confronting these challenges and preserving Canon law and the community of believers. Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis had more efforts than the others to find a solution for this problem. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this research illustrates how the concept of marriage is enriched by adding metaphorical and sacramental meaning to it and by extremism in the laws of Catholic Church, and shows its consequences.
