بررسي و مقايسه كيفيت خدمات آموزشي و كيفيت تدريس در مراكز آموزشي (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه‌‌هاي آزاد اسلامي، پيام نور و علمي كاربردي شهرستان ميبد)

Examining and Comparing the Quality of Educational Services and Teaching Quality in Educational Centers (Case Study: Islamic Azad University, Payame Noor University and University of Applied Science and Technology in Meybod Parish)

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي و مقايسه كيفيت خدمات آموزشي و كيفيت تدريس در دانشگاه‌‌هاي شهرستان ميبد اجرا شد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش علي مقايسه اي، شامل همه دانشجويان مقطع كارداني و كارشناسي دانشگاه‌هاي آزاد اسلامي، پيام نور و علمي كاربردي شهرستان ميبد بود. با توجه به جدول كرجسي و مورگان (1970)، 268 نفر از دانشگاه آزاد، 207 نفر از پيام نور و 133 نفر از علمي كاربردي به‌صورت تصادفي طبقه‌ اي انتخاب شدند. داده ‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ هاي كيفيت خدمات آموزشي سروكوال و كيفيت تدريس ويلسون و همكاران (1997) گرد آوري و با استفاده از آزمون هاي تحليل واريانس يك راهه و t مستقل و تك‌نمونه تجزيه‌وتحليل شدند. يافته ها نشان داد كه در هر سه واحد دانشگاهي، وضعيت موجود كيفيت خدمات آموزشي و كيفيت تدريس با وضعيت مطلوب فاصله زيادي دارد (0/05>p)، اما وضعيت موجود خدمات آموزشي سه واحد دانشگاهي تفاوت معني‌داري با يكديگر نداشت (0/05

The main purpose of this study was to examine and compare the quality of educational services and teaching quality in universities across Meybod Parish. The statistical population of this causal-comparative study included all undergraduate students of Islamic Azad University, Payame Noor University and University of Applied Science and Technology in Meybod Parish. According to Kerjesi and Morgan Table (1970), 268 students from Islamic Azad University, 207 students from Payame Noor University and 133 students from University of Applied Science and Technologywere selected through stratified random sampling method. The data were gathered through SERVQUAL and Quality of Teaching (Wilson et al., 1997) questionnaires and they were analyzed via One-Way ANOVA, One-Sample T-test and Independent T-test. The results showed that there was a significant gap between the current level of educational services quality and ideal teaching quality in all branches of forenamed universities (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the concerned branches in terms of level of quality of educational services (p>0.05). These findings show that despite the structural and organizational differences among the Islamic Azad University, Payame Noor University and University of Applied Science and Technology and in spite of their attempt to turn towards qualification of educational services and teaching methodology, there were no significant differences in these universities in Meybod city.
