بررسي ديدگاه‌هاي اعضاي هيئت علمي در خصوص رويكرد بين‌المللي‌سازي برنامه‌هاي درسي آموزش عالي

Examining the Opinions of Faculty Members on the Internationalization Approach to Higher Education Curriculum

هدف اصلي از اجراي اين پژوهش، بررسي ديدگاه اعضاي هيئت علمي درباره رويكرد بينالملليسازي برنامههاي درسي در دانشگاه بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشگاه بينالمللي امام خميني، دانشگاه تهران و دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان بود و 320 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه در اين پژوهش شركت كردند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. جنبههاي اصلي در اين ابزار عبارت بودند از: الزامهاي بينالملليسازي، پيامدهاي آموزشي بينالملليسازي، پيامدهاي پژوهشي بينالملليسازي و نقاط قوت بينالملليسازي برنامه درسي. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 0/81 محاسبه شد. يافته‌هاي به دست آمده از بررسي نظرات اعضاي هيئت علمي نشان داد كه آنان موافق الزامات بينالمللي‌سازي هستند و از ديدگاه آنها بينالمللي‌سازي برنامههاي درسي در وضع مطلوب، موجب هماهنگي با استانداردهاي آموزشي بينالمللي، ارتقاء كيفيت آموزش، بهروز شدن دانش تخصصي استادان و گسترش رشتههاي تحصيلي مطرح در سطح بينالملل ميشود. اما آنان گويههاي مربوط به الزامهاي بينالمللي‌سازي برنامههاي درسي در وضعيت موجود آموزش عالي كشور را پايينتر از حد متوسط ارزيابي كردهاند.

This research was conducted to examine opinions of faculty members on the internationalization approach to higher education curriculum. As such, it was attempted to make use of a descriptive survey method in order to conduct the study. The statistical population of the study included faculty members at Imam Khomeini International University, University of Tehran and Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. A sample of 320 individuals were finally selected. The researcher-made questionnaire was the main research instrument used in this study. The main dimensions of this instrument were as follows: Requirements, Training Outcomes, Research Consequences and Strengths of Internationalization of Curriculum. The Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient of the latter instrument was 0.81. Given the viewpoints of faculty members, it was indicated that they were in agreement with requirements of internationalization and that internationalization of curriculum at desired status would lead to coordination with international training standards, improvement of international education, updating professors’ specialized knowledge and finally expansion of academic top courses at the international level. However, they thought that the sub-items of requirements of internationalization of curriculum in the current state of higher education in the country were below average.
