مدل‌سازي ساختاري عوامل مؤثر بر گرايش به مهاجرت دانشجويان نخبه از كشور (مطالعه موردي: دانشگاه سمنان)

Structural Modeling of the Factors Affecting Elite Students’ Immigration Tendency (Case Study: Semnan University)

پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل ساختاري از عوامل موثر بر گرايش به مهاجرت دانشجويان نخبه در دانشگاه سمنان اجرا شد. روش پژوهش، توصيفي همبستگي و مبتني بر معادلات ساختاري بود. جامعه و نمونه آماري، شامل دانشجويان (دختر و پسر) استعداد درخشان دانشگاه سمنان (114 نفر) در نيمسال دوم تحصيلي 9695 بود. ابزارهاي اندازه‌گيري شامل پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته (1396) و پرسشنامه گرايش به مهاجرت (جانعلي‌زاده و همكاران، 1393) بود. يافته‌هاي پژوهش، 7 عامل اصلي به‌عنوان عوامل موثر بر گرايش به مهاجرت دانشجويان نخبه از دانشگاه سمنان را نشان داد كه در اين ميان، عوامل علمي آموزشي و روان‌شناختي به ترتيب بالاترين ميانگين را به خود اختصاص دادند؛ همچنين نتايج آزمون‌هاي نيكويي برازش مدل‌هاي كمي، نيز برازش مناسب مدل نهايي عوامل موثر بر گرايش به مهاجرت دانشجويان نخبه را از دانشگاه سمنان تاييد كرد. نتايج نشان داد كه مسئله مهاجرت دانشجويان نخبه از دانشگاه مطابق با يافته‌هاي پژوهش، تنها بر اساس يك متغير، مورد بررسي و تحقيق قرار نمي‌گيرد بلكه متغيرهاي متعددي همچون عوامل اجتماعي، سياسي، فرهنگي، اقتصادي، سازماني، روان‌شناختي و علمي آموزشي در ارتباط با يكديگر و به‌طور هم‌زمان در نظر گرفته مي‌شوند.

The purpose of this study was to provide a structural model of factors affecting the elite students’ immigration tendency in Semnan University. The research method was based on a descriptive-correlational design focused on structural equations. The statistical population and sample of the research included top (male and female) students in Semnan University in the second semester of the Academic Year 2016-2017. The measurement tools included two questionnaires of Researcher-Made Questionnaire (2017) and Questionnaire on Immigration Tendency (Janalizadeh et al., 2014). The findings of this study revealed seven main factors as factors affecting the tendency to immigrate among elite students in Semnan University, among whom scientific-academic and psychological factors accounted for the highest average. The results of goodness of fit tests indicated that the final model on the factors influencing the tendency to immigrate among elite students in Semnan University was desirable. The results showed that, according to research findings, the phenomenon of immigration of elite students was not based on a single variable, rather various variables such as social, political, cultural, economic, organizational, psychological and scientific-academic factors should be simultaneously considered in connection with each other.
