Strategic scenarios for relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia on the horizon of 2030

آينده روابط جمهوري اسلامي ايران با عربستان سعودي و ابعاد احتمالي آن، موضوعي است كه براي پژوهش گران و كارگزاران سياسي دو كشور و ديگركشورهاي مؤثر در غرب آسيا بسيار مهم است. ما در اين پژوهش آينده اين روابط را در افق زماني 2030 ميلادي واكاوي كرديم. در اين پژوهش سناريوهاي محتمل در روابط دو كشور را با روش‌ آينده پژوهي تلفيقي به دست آورديم. در پاسخ به اين سؤال كه سناريوهاي محتمل در روابط ايران و عربستان در افق زماني سال 2030 ميلادي چه خواهد بود؟ به سه سناريوي برتر رسيده­ايم :"پايان ترديدها"، "آشوب سازنده"و"ايستاده بامشت"، كه روابط احتمالي دو كشور را تصوير مي­كنند. پيشروي فزاينده محور مقاومت (سناريوي آشوب سازنده) و يا توازن دو جبهه (سناريوي ايستاده با مشت) بالاترين احتمال را در سال 2030 ميلادي خواهند داشت. اين وضعيت‌هاي احتمالي شامل شگفتي سازها در روابط طرفين نخواهد بود. ما هم‌چنين احتمال تحقق و مطلوبيت هر سناريو و نيز نسبت سناريوها با سياست جاري جمهوري اسلامي ايران را بررسي كرديم.

The future of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran with Saudi Arabia and its possible dimensions is an issue that is very important for both the analysts and the political agents of both countries and effective other countries in western Asia . in this research we analyzed the future of these relations at the 2030 s time horizon . in this research we have obtained the probable scenarios in relations between the two countries with a combination of futures . in response to this question , what would be possible scenarios in the relations between iran and saudi arabia on the horizon of 2030 ? we have reached the top three scenarios : the end of the doubts , " constructive chaos " and " stand - up " , which depicts possible relations between the two countries . The increasing advance of the resistance axis ( the manufacturer 's chaos scenario ) or two fronts - with - a - hand scenario will be the highest possible in 2030 . These scenarios do not include wild cards in the parties ' relations . we also investigated the possibility of implementation and the desirability of any scenario , as well as the scenarios with the current policy of the islamic republic of iran .
