بررسي عوامل و مولفه هاي موثر بر انتخاب همسر با استفاده از تكنيك هاي تصميم گيري چندشاخصه (ام.اي.دي.ام) مورد مطالعه: دانشجويان دختر و پسر شهر بندرعباس

(Investigation of the factors and sub-factors affecting the choice of spouse using techniques of Multidisciplinary Decision Making (MADM) (Case study: male and female students of Bandar Abbas

پژوهش حاضر در صدد است به «بررسي عوامل و مؤلفه­ هاي مؤثر بر انتخاب همسر با استفاده از تكنيك­ هاي تصميم­ گيري چندشاخصه (ام.اي.دي.ام)» در بستر استان هرمزگان بپردازد. روش تحقيق، توصيفي ـ پيمايشي و روش جمع­ آوري داده ­ها، كتابخانه­ اي ـ ميداني است. جامعه­ ي آماري اين تحقيق، دانشجويان دختر و پسر شهر بندرعباس بود كه از ميان آنان، 315 نفر به روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي انتخاب شد. در راستاي اهداف تحقيق، نخست با بررسي چارچوب نظري و به­ كارگيري نظرات اساتيد و صاحب­نظران رشته ­هاي «علوم اجتماعي و روانشناسي و نيز مشاوران خانواده و ازدواج» با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي، 50 مؤلفه ­ي اوليه­ ي مؤثر بر انتخاب همسر شناسايي و در پنج دسته­ ي كلي طبقه ­بندي شد. در نهايت، معيارها و ملاك­هاي مربوطه با استفاده از آزمون­هاي تك نمونه­ اي تي، تحليل واريانس، آزمون­هاي تعقيبي توكي و تكنيك­ هاي ام.اي.دي.ام تجزيه و تحليل شد. يافته­ ها نشان مي ­دهد كه از ديدگاه دانشجويان دختر و پسر شهر بندرعباس، عوامل 1) جسماني، 2) روان­شناختي، 3) اقتصادي، 4) اجتماعي و 5) خانوادگي بر انتخاب همسر تأثيرگذارند. نتايج به كارگيري تكنيك­ هاي ام.اي.دي.ام نظير اي.اچ.پي و تاپسيس به كمك نرم ­افزارهاي اكسپرت چويس 200 و اس.پي.اس.اس نسخه­ ي 22، حاكي از آن است كه از ديدگاه دانشجويان دختر شهر بندرعباس، «عوامل اجتماعي» بيشترين و از ديدگاه دانشجويان پسر، «عوامل روان­شناختي» بيشترين تأثير را بر انتخاب همسر دارند. اميد است مسئولين و دست ­اندركاران با ملاحظه­ ي مدل ارائه شده و نتايج آن، بتوانند تصميمات صحيح­ تر و گام­هاي مؤثرتري براي تسهيل ازدواج اتخاذ كنند.

The present research intends to investigate factors and sub factors affecting the choice of spouse using techniques of Multidisciplinary Decision Making (MADM) in the context of Hormozgan province. The research method is descriptive-survey and the data has been collected via library and field research. The statistical population of this research is female and male students of Bandar Abbas, 315 of them were selected by random sampling method. In line with the aims of the research, first by examining the theoretical framework of the research and applying the views of professors and experts in the fields of social sciences and psychology, as well as family and marital counselors, using Delphi technique, 50 early factors affecting the selection of a spouse were identified and the whole category was divided into five. Finally, the relevant criteria were analyzed using one sample T test, analysis of variance, Tukey follow-up tests and MADM techniques. The findings show that from the viewpoint of male and female students of Bandar Abbas, 1) physical, 2) psychological, 3) economic, 4) social and 5) familial factors are influence choosing a spouse. The results of applying MADM techniques such as AHP and TOPSIS using experts Expert Choice 2000 and SPSS 22.0 software suggest that the “social factors” from Bandar Abbasi female students’ viewpoints are the most important and from the viewpoint of male students in “psychological and cognitive “ factors have the most impact on the choice of a spouse. It is hoped that officials and managers will be able to make better decisions and take more effective steps to facilitate marriage by considering the model and its results.
