تحقق مردم‌سالاري ديني از رهگذر اقتصاد مردم‌محور در ايران مطالعه موردي: شناسايي مشكلات بخش تعاون استان اصفهان

مردم­سالاري ديني، از مفاهيم آرماني انقلاب اسلامي است كه اگر قرار باشد اين مفهوم را به­صورت مسأله­محور، بررسي كنيم، يكي از مسائلي كه كمتر موردتوجه قرار گرفته است، تحقق اين نوع مردم­سالاري از رهگذر اقتصاد مردم­محور در ايران است. در اين ميان مطابق قانون اساسي، گسترش بخش تعاون، يكي از اهداف كلان و مرتبط با انديشه انقلاب اسلامي و از وظايف حكومت اسلامي است. در اين پژوهش سؤال اصلي اين است كه بر مبناي الگوي اسلامي-ايراني پيشرفت، موانع فعال­ترشدن و گسترش بخش تعاون (با تمركز بر استان اصفهان) و راهكارهاي رفع آن موانع، كدامند؟ اين پژوهش، تحقيقي كيفي از نوع كاربردي است كه با استفاده از روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي و با استفاده از ابزار تحليل محتوا و مصاحبه، انجام شده است. مهم­ترين يافته ­هاي اين پژوهش عبارتند از: عدم اجراي اسناد بالادستي و عدم حمايت از بخش تعاون به­ويژه حمايت مالي و...، از جمله حيطه­هاي اصلي مشكل­آفرين در گسترش بخش تعاون مي­باشد.

Based on the provisions of Eighth Clause of third principle of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the government is required to provide all facilities for the participation of the public in determining the political, economic, social and cultural fate.Considering the characteristics and advantages of the cooperative economy in employment, the accumulation of small capital and the expansion of the People-centered economy, the spread of social justice and the fair distribution of wealth, reduction and elimination of poverty and the expansion of social solidarity ,is necessary to identify the barriers and issues of the expansion and development of the cooperative sector as well as the rule of law enforcement article 44 of the Constitution, which aims at atleast 25 percent contribution to the cooperative sector of the country's economy. Therefore, the researcher has been seeking to use the descriptive-analytical method and content analysis and Considering the necessity of the Understanding the Damage to Religious Democracy, while identifying the barriers and issues of the cooperative sector (focusing on the province of Isfahan). The most important findings of this research are: 1. Failure to implement upstream rules and documents and luck of support to the cooperative sector, especially financial support.
