اشتغال و توانمند سازي زنان مهاجر افغان: مطالعه‌ اي در مركز دوست‌ داران كودك مشتاق

Employment and Empowerment of Female Afghan Emigrants

ﺗﻌﺪاد زيادي از زﻧﺎن مهاجر افغان در شهر كرمان زندگي مي‌ كنند. پژوهش حاضر، با تأكيد بر اين زنان و مشكلاتشان، به قابليت‌ هاي آنان در توليد صنايع دستي اهميت داده است. در اين پژوهش، از روش مورد پژوهي جهت مستند كردن وضعيت اين زنان و روش پژوهش عملي مشاركتي در قالب جلسه‌ هاي آموزشي با هدف افزايش توانمندي آنان در قالب سه طرح استفاده شده است. جهت تعيين شاخص‌ ها، از نظرية توانمندي لانگه (1991) و نظريات كبير (2003) استفاده شد. شاخص‌ هاي گوناگوني جهت سنجش توانمندي زنان به‌ كار رفته است. نتايج نشان داد كه مشاغل خانگي به افزايش توانمندي زنان در شاخص‌ ها كمك كرده، اما تأثيري در بهبود كيفيت غذا و افزايش سلامت نسبي زنان و خانوادة آنان نداشته است. نتايج جلسه‌ هاي آموزشي برگزار شده در مركز دوست‌ دار كودك مشتاق كرمان، نقش مفيد سازمان‌ هاي غيررسمي را در توانمند سازي زنان نشان مي‌ دهد.

A large number of Afghani women are living in Kerman. The present research, with an emphasis on these women and their problems, has noticed their capabilities in the production of handicrafts. In this research, applying a survey and case study method, researchers had documented status of these migrants. In addition, based on a participatory practical method, researchers hold educational sessions to increase their ability. By studying Longwe (1991) and Kaber (2003) theory of power, indices of empowerment were determined. Various indicators have been used to measure women's ability. The findings suggest that home-based businesses helped Afghan women empowerment, but had no effect on improving their quality of life and their family health status. The results of the training sessions held in Moshtagh child friendly center of Kerman show the useful role of informal education and non-governmental organizations in empowering women.
