يافته علمي: تعيين ميزان فلزات ‌‌سنگين ضروري در عضله ماهي شهري‌‌ معمولي (Lethrinus nebulosus) در بندر بوشهر

Determination the level of essential heavy metals in muscle of Lethrinus nebulosus in Bushehr seaport

اين تحقيق با هدف اندازه­گيري مقدار فلزات­ سنگين ضروري مس، روي و آهن در عضله ماهي شهري­ معمولي (Lethrinus nebulosus) در تابستان سال 1396 در بندربوشهر انجام گرفت. تعداد 20 عدد ماهي شهري ­معمولي به صورت تصادفي صيد گرديد. پس از زيست ­سنجي، بافت عضله نمونه ­ها جداسازي و هضم شيميايي آنها به روش MOOPAM انجام شد و به كمك دستگاه جذب اتمي كوره گرافيتي، ميزان غلظت فلزات مس، روي و آهن اندازه­ گيري شد. بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده ميانگين و انحراف از معيار غلظت فلزات مس، روي و آهن در بافت عضله ماهي شهري­ معمولي به ترتيب (726/0±678/5)، (452/1±096/17) و (406/0±498/1) ميلي­گرم در كيلوگرم وزن خشك اندازه­ گيري گرديد. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان داد كه غلظت فلزات­ سنگين ضروري مس و روي در عضله ماهي شهري ­معمولي در منطقه مورد مطالعه كمتر از ميزان مجاز استاندارد­هاي سازمان بهداشت جهاني (WHO)، سازمان جهاني غذا و كشاورزي (FAO)، مركز ملي بهداشت و پزشكي استراليا (NHMRC) و وزارت كشاورزي، شيلات و غذاي انگلستان UK(MAFF) بود؛ اما ميزان فلز آهن از ميزان مجاز استاندارد غذا و دارو آمريكا (FDA) بيشتر بود.

The aim of this study was to measureing the amount of essential metals, copper, zinc and iron in muscle of Lethrinus nebulosus in Bushehr seaport in summer 2017. 20 samples of L. nebulosus were randomly caught. After biometry of the samples, the muscle tissues of the samples were separated and chemical digestion of the samples carried out based on MOOPAM procedure, then level of heavy metals were measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption instrument. Based on the obtained results the mean and deviation concentrations of heavy metals of copper, zinc and iron in muscle tissue of L. nebulosus were calculated 5.678±0/726, 17.096±1.452 and 1.498±0.406 mg/kg dry weight respectively. The results revealed that the copper and zinc metals concentration in muscle tissue of L. nebulosus in study station are lower than the levels permitted within the standards of World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), but the iron level or concentration higher than the standard level of Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
