Principles of Ayatollah Mahdoukni (RA) management in the committees of the Islamic Revolution

بعد از پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي ايران، كشور براي تأمين امنيت به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين عامل حياتي سياسي، نيازمند بود نهادي را تشكيل دهد و با رهبري و مديريت صحيح، به بحران، آشوب و ناامني خاتمه دهد. لذا رهبران انقلاب اسلامي نهادي خودجوش و مردمي به نام كميته انقلاب اسلامي را تأسيس و رياست آن را بر عهده آيت‌الله مهدوي كني گذاردند. چه كسي مي‌توانست بحران‌‌‌هاي داخلي چندجانبه كشور از جمله گروهك‌ها، منافقين، ضدانقلاب، سلطنت‌طلبان و... كه هر روز در گوشه‌اي از كشور خرابي به‌عمل مي‌آوردند را سامان دهد كه بتواند با رهبري و مديريت دقيق و بكارگيري نيروهاي انقلابي با توطئه‌ها مقابله نمايد. نگارندگان به دنبال پاسخ به اين پرسش هستند كه اصول مديريت آيت‌الله مهدوي كني براي اداره كميته انقلابي اسلامي در شرايط كاملاً بحراني كشور چه بوده است؟ براي پاسخ به اين پرسش، ابتدا سؤالات فرعي كه شامل: نحوه‌ي برنامه‌ريزي، سازماندهي، مديريت منابع انساني، هدايت و كنترل ايشان به چه ترتيبي بوده است را با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا استخراج نمودند. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد آيت‌الله مهدوي كني براي هدايت و رهبري كميته، دو رسالت عمده را براي خود مشخص كرده‌اند؛ اول با بكارگيري روش‌هاي درست مديريتي در چارچوب مباني فقه اسلامي، وظايفي كه براي ايشان معين شده است را اجرا نمايد و ثانياً از ظرفيت نهاد كميته انقلاب اسلامي در جهت كادرسازي نيروهاي انقلابي و مؤمن مبادرت ورزد.

After the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the country needs to establish an institution to ensure security as the most important political factor and to end the crisis, chaos and insecurity with proper leadership and management. Therefore, the leaders of the Islamic Revolution instituted a spontaneous and popular body called the Islamic Revolutionary Committee and presided over by Ayatollah Mahdavikini. One could arrange the country's many-sided domestic crises, including groups, hypocrites, counterrevolutionaries, royalists, etc., which erupted every day in the corner of the country, to deal with the plight of directing and managing the revolutionary forces. The authors seek to answer the question of what the principles of management of Ayatollah Mahdavi Keni for the administration of the Islamic Revolutionary Committee in a state of absolutely critical state? To answer this question, firstly, using the content analysis method, extracted sub-questions that included: how to plan, organize, manage human resources, and direct their control. Which shows the results of the research; Ayatollah Mahdavikani has identified two major missions for the guidance and leadership of the committee. First, by implementing the proper methods of management in the framework of the principles of Islamic jurisprudence and the tasks assigned to them, and second, the capacity of the institution of the Islamic Revolutionary Committee for the codification of revolutionary and believer forces.
