يافته علمي: شناسائي انگل‌‌هاي ماهي گورخري (Aphanius vladykovi) درياچه‌‌هاي شلمزار و سلم استان چهارمحال و بختياري

Identification of parasites of Aphanius vladykovi from Shalamzar and Salm Lakes, Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari Province, Iran

ماهي گورخري زاگرس كه متعلق به خانواده كپور ماهيان دندان دار است، يكي از مهمترين گونه­هاي بومي ايران به­شمار مي­رود. در اين پژوهش كه در تابستان سال 1394 انجام شد، تعداد 50 عدد ماهي گورخري از شلمزار و سلم در استان چهارمحال و بختياري صيد شدند و مورد مطالعه انگل شناسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج مطالعه نشان داد كه تمامي ماهيان مورد بررسي، داراي آلودگي انگلي بودند. انگل­هاي Ichthyophthirius multifiliis، Ichthyobodo necator ,Allocreadium isoporum، Gyrodactylus sp. و متاسركر Ornithodiplostomum sp. در اندام­هاي مختلف ماهيان يافت شدند. در بين انگل­هاي يافت شده، بيشترين ميزان آلودگي مربوط به جنس Ornithodiplostomum بود، به ­طوري­كه 68 درصد ماهيان مورد بررسي، به اين انگل آلوده بودند. ميزان آلودگي با Ornithodiplostomum در درياچه شلمزار برابر با 66/41 درصد و در سلم معادل 3/92 درصد بود. نتايج بدست آمده از اين مطالعه حاكي از آلودگي زياد انگلي ماهي گورخري زاگرس است كه مي­تواند جمعيت ماهي مذكور را تحت تاثير قرار دهد.

Zagros tooth-carp (Aphanius vladykovi) which belongs to cyprinodontidae family is one of the most important native fish species of Iran. In this study which was conducted in summer 2015, a total of 50 individuals of A. vladykovi were caught from Shalamzar and Salm Lakes in Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari Province and were examined for parasites. The results of this study indicated that all the examined fish were infested by parasites. Different parasite species including Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Ichthyobodo necator, Gyrodactylus sp., Allocreadium isoporum and metacercaria of Ornithodiplostomum sp. were found in the examined fish. Among them, the highest infestation rate belonged to Ornithodiplostomum sp. as 68 percent of the studied fish were infested by this parasite. The infestation rate of Ornithodiplostomum sp.in fishes from Shalamzar and Salm Lakes were 41.66 and 92.3 percent, respectively. The results of this study indicated that Zagros tooth-carp fish is highly infested with different parasite species affecting population of this fish.
