شهروند مجازي يكي از مفاهيمي است كه امروزه در موضوعات مختلف مورد ارزيابي قرار مي گيرد. شهروند مجازي يا الكترونيك نيز داراي حقوق و تكاليفي است كه براي برقراري نظم در جامعه ناگزير از رعايت آن است. شايد برخي ماهيت نامعين و هويت مجهول برخي كاربران را دليلي براي عدم رعايت حقوق شهروندي در فضاي مجازي و مجاز به هرگونه تعدي، تعرض و تخلفي بدانند. بايد يادآور شد كه در دهه اخير، هويت مجازي شايد به روشني هويت حقيقي افراد نبوده است اما به واسطه رشد شبكه هاي اجتماعي و انتقال تعاملات فردي در شبكه هاي گروهي يا ابزارهاي چندرسانه اي برخط، موجب شد تا افراد به مرور به سمت بازنمايي حقيقي خود بر مبناي حدود در دنياي واقعي سوق يابند و خود را همانند دنياي واقعي با عناصر هويتي مشخص و همسو با خود واقعي شان تعريف كنند. دراين نوشتا ر, به بررسي حقوق شهروندي درفضاي مجازي مي پردازيم وسعي دربرطرف نمودن چالش هاي پيش روي دراين زمينه مي نمائيم.

Virtual citizen is one of the concepts that is being evaluated today on various topics. The virtual citizen or the electronic citizen also has the rights and duties that it is obliged to observe in order to restore order in society. Perhaps some of the uncertain nature and idiosyncrasies of some users may be seen as a reason for not respecting the rights of citizenship in cyberspace and are allowed to commit any offense, abuse or misconduct. It should be noted that in the last decade, virtual identity may not have clearly been the true identity of individuals, however, the growth of social networks and the transfer of individual interactions in group networks or on-line multimedia devices has led individuals to move towards their actual representation on the basis of limits in the real world, and to introduce themselves, as in the real world, with their real identities. The current paper examines the rights of citizenship in the virtual world, addressing the challenges ahead.
