نقش طرح واره هاي جنسي با ميانجي گري سبك انصاف در پيش بيني اختلال درد جنسي: بررسي مدل معادلات ساختاري

The role of gender schemas by mediating fairness style in predicting sexual pain disorder: Study of structural equation model

مقدمه: اين پژوهش به منظور بررسي رابطه بين طرح واره هاي جنسي و اختلال درد جنسي با ميانجي گري سبك هاي تبادل اجتماعي صورت گرفت. روش: جامعه آماري شامل كليه زنان مراجعه كننده به كلينيك هاي جنسي شهر تهران بود كه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي 220 نفر از زنان واجد شرايط انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر از مقياس طرحواره هاي جنسي اندرسن و سيرووانسكي (1994)، ابزار زنانه چندوجهي اختلال دخول واژينال مولائي نژاد و همكاران (2014) و پرسشنامه تبادل اجتماعي ليمبن و همكاران (2011) به عنوان ابزار استفاده گرديد. ارزيابي الگوي پيشنهادي از طريق الگويابي معادلات ساختاري (SEM) و با استفاده از نرم افزار ليزرل انجام شد. روابط واسطه اي در الگوي پيشنهادي نيز با استفاده از روش بوت استرپ آزموده شدند. يافته ها: نتايج مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري حاكي از برازش نسبي مدل بود و نشان داد طرحواره جنسي پرشور-رمانتيك و طرحواره جنسي خجالتي – محتاط با ميانجي گري سبك انصاف اثر غيرمستقيم بر اختلال درد جنسي دارد. نتيجه گيري: با توجه به نتايج، جهت بهبود اختلال درد جنسي بايد به سبك هاي تبادل اجتماعي به خصوص سبك انصاف توجه كرد. آموزش و مداخله بر اساس تئوري تبادل اجتماعي جهت كاهش مشكلات جنسي زنان مبتلا به اختلال درد جنسي به درمانگران حوزه سلامت جنسي يشنهاد مي شود

Objective: The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between gender schemas and sexual pain disorder by mediating social exchange styles. Method: Statistical population was composed of all women that referred to sexual clinics of Tehran city that 220 qualified women selected by clustering sampling method. The research tool included Gender Schemas Scale (Andersen & Cyranowski, 1994) Multidimensional Vaginal Penetration Disorder Questionnaire (Molaie Nezhad, et al., 2014), and Social Exchange Styles Scale (Leybman etai., 2011). The Fitness of the proposed model was estimated through structural equation modeling (SEM) and using Lisrel software package. The mediating relationship in the proposed pattern was tested using the bootstrap procedure. Result: The results of structural equation modeling indicating relative fitness of model and showed that sexual passionateromantic schema and the sexual shy-prudential schema with the mediation of fairness style had an indirect effect on sexual pain disorder.Conclusion: According to results for the improvement of social exchange styles particularly fairness style must be considered. Training and intervention based on social exchange theory is recommended to therapists of sexual health field for decreasing sexual problems of women with sexual pain disorder.
