چكيده فارسي :
بزرگان دين ما در طي قرون متمادي به ذكر ويژگي هاي نخبه و اخلاق نخبگي پرداخته اند و در اين ميان به ويژگي هاي نظير: عبادت، علم و دانش، تفكر و تعقل، ولايت پذيري، حب الهي، تعهد و مسئوليت شناسي اجتماعي، معرفت و بصيرت، نقد و ارزيابي، عمل گرايي، عفا و پاكدامني، امر به معروف و نهي از منكر، عدل و عدالت، راستي و راست گويي، مبارزه با ظلم و ستم، رياستيزي، تقوي و پرهيزگاري، نفي تقليد كوركورانه، ايثار و از خودگذشتگي و تواضع و فروتني اشاره كرده اند. نگارندگان در اين مقاله به مواردي اشاره كرده اند كه در آثار و شخصيت هر سه (ناصرخسرو، قشيري و هجويري) مشاهده مي شوند و نمونه دارند. پژوهش حاضر با بهره مندي از روش كيفي كه مبتني بر گردآوري اطلاعات از منابع كتابخانه اي است، با هدف پاسخ گويي به اصلي ترين سوال پژوهش، مبني بر اين كه در راستاي فرايند الگوسازي از نخبگان، چه ويژگي ها و خصوصيات برجسته اي، مبين اخلاق نخبگي در متون اسلامي– ايراني (در آثار ناصرخسرو، ابوالقاسم قشيري و علي جلابي هجويري) ، است، به انجام رسيده است.

The present study utilizes a qualitative method based on information gathering from library resources with the aim of answering the main research question that in the process of modeling of elites, what features and The prominent features that illustrate the elitism of ethics in Islamic-Iranian texts (in the works of Naser Khosrow, Abolqasem Ghashiri and Ali Jabbani Hojawiri) have been accomplished.
